Imagine choosing a different place to enjoy the sea every day: three sandy beaches (one at the gate of the property, less than 150m away) or the rocks (surrounding the property, less than 100m away). Imagine snorkelling, canoeing, boat trip. Now…Stop imagining and make this dream reality!

Holiday home in a unique location in the center of an exclusive private peninsula with direct access to the beach and rocks, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a corner of paradise in Sardinia.
The holiday home is located in Sardinia, on the island of Sant'Antioco, 3 kilometers from the picturesque town of Calasetta and 90 kilometers from Cagliari airport, served by numerous international airlines.
The apartment is in a unique position of complete peace, with direct access to the sea, in the center of an exclusive private peninsula with characteristic Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by the beach and the rocks.
The apartment, completely independent with its own garage, is separated from the main house (where the owners live) by an internal courtyard. It is equipped with sleeping space for four people (one bedroom with a king size bed, and one with two wooden bunk beds), a living room with table, sofa, TV and a kitchenette (fully equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher , toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Outside, the holiday home has a veranda with a roof, furnished with a table and chairs. The property enjoys a splendid view over the sea and the island of San Pietro, which can be admired from a belvedere with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the pinewood hammocks and deckchairs. Neighbours' homes are located at a distance of over 300 meters.
The rental includes:
- Outdoor shower for those returning from the sea
- Air conditioning (on request, with consumption supplement)
- Use of the barbecue and two bicycles
- Beach umbrella and chairs
- Travel cot and high chair for younger children
Check in is required between 4pm and 8pm and check out by 10am.
The beach is about 300 meters away and can be reached via the private access road to the property. The town center of Calasetta, with restaurants and supermarkets, is 3 kilometers away.

“Perfect place to unwind!”
A warm welcome at a lovely and quiet estate, surrounded by crystal clear water. WiFi didn’t work that well, but that’s perfect for a digital detox.

“Very quiet apartment on pretty headland.”
It was not that easy to find. Instruction could have been clearer (e.g.2nd sign for Salina Beach with yellow railings). Apartment is fine for 2 but I think rather tight for 4. Terrace was in full sun for most of the day in September. Very quiet and close to the sea with a sunset viewing terrace. Beach close by. Well equipped kitchen.
