Beautiful Tuscany countryside home. Rustic 18th century villa with a modern flare newly renovated in 2012. A 25 minute drive to Florence; 10 minutes to the beautiful and quaint city of Sesto Fiorentino.
First level includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a private bathroom with a shower and two sinks, ample closet space, a lofted queen size bed, bookcase, and a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills.
Bedroom #2 includes a day bed, closet space, and the same beautiful scenic view. Both bedrooms equipped with own air conditioning/ heatng units.
Bathroom #2 includes an oversized bathtub and vaulted ceilings with ambient overhead LED lighting.
Downstairs one will find a large family room that includes 2 sofas, one that is a pull out bed, cable TV with options of channels in English, WiFi, dining table; and a door that opens to the first level of the garden. Very luminous with 2 sets of windows plus the windowed door. Living room is equipped with air condition/heating unit.
Accessed through the living room is the beautiful, modern, custom made kitchen, with grey stone counter tops, white wood cabinetry, and stone back splash. 5 range stove. Dishwasher. Large American style refrigerator. Comes stocked with basic cooking utensils and necessities such as pots, pans, silverware, plates, drink ware, bottle opener, an Italian Moka coffee maker.
Sit-in island that faces the kitchens two very large arched glass doors that look onto the Tuscan hills and lead out to the garden where one will find an herb garden for use, patio furniture, and the silence and serenity of the natural surrounding country side. Large and beautiful garden extends onto 3 levels with 7 olive trees.
The house faces south and therefore is illuminated by sunlight from sunrise to sunset. Large cypress tree in the garden allows for shadow in the garden area at mid-day when one can relax outside while taking in the views and sipping on a nice glass of Chianti wine.
