“Great view of ocean, beach or people watching on the boardwalk!” We are so happy we booked this unit! Great location! Condo was well laid out and we loved how the whole unit opened to the balconry with the collapsing glass doors. We highly recommend this for single person adventurer or romantic couples get away.

“Wonderful house and location” My husband and I and our son, daughter-in-law and grandson stayed here the first weekend in June. It was better than the pictures and everything that was stated in the description was accurate. We had a great time and won't hesitate to rent again. We loved the view from the house and the deck was so lovely and warm in the afternoons. The house was very well quipped - they had more toys and things than we ever used. However, we did borrow some sand toys for the grandson. Great fun.

“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. “one of the best vacations ever!!!” I stayed at this beach house over memorial weekend. This house was the perfect beach house with an amazing location and view. The house was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable staying there. it was a great weekend for my family and the kids had the best time playing in the ocean most of the day. Amber was very responsive to anything we needed and she made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend this house and I do plan on going back someday!

“Relax in Luxury!” This amazing, modern home has it all! It is perfectly comfortable in every way. Every detail has been lovingly thought of...from the excellent bedding and furnishings to the beautiful work of a professional interior designer. The views are astounding and the quiet retreat is a special gift of the fabulous location. We saw many deer and other wildlife during our relaxing stay. “Found a new home...” Lois and I had all of March at the Seal Beach Guest House and from the moment we arrived it felt like we'd found a new home. It's a cozy, comfortable hideaway where you can see the ocean from the deck, hear it too when the waves are up, sit on the deck with a book or email friends with the wifi. We loved being able to walk everywhere - the down town and the pier are only 5 minutes walk. People are friendly, places to eat are good, there's even a barber who'll give a guy a shave with a blade and give you a beer at the same time...life is good in Seal Beach. Lois is retired and I've got a couple years to go but when the time comes we'd like to winter in Seal Beach. Our stay at the Seal Beach Guest House I can honestly say is probably the nicest vacation we've ever had.

“Best beach vacation ever! Location,location location” I just returned from a week in this house on Newport Beach. I the grandma, two adult kids and 4 grand kids ages 5 -12. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were great. Best of all was the location. We could be sitting in the living room,or on the front patio, or cooking dinner and we could watch the kids playing in the sand. The family surfed everyday, and there is a great break directly in front of the house. The little ones boogie boarded every day also. Of course it didn't hurt that we had beautiful weather everyday. We liked not having to bring linens and towels. We knew ahead of time to bring our own beach equipment and towels. Owner was attentive. All around awesome! And did I mention location?

“Great Choice!” We truly enjoyed our extended stay of 2 months thru Thanksgiving weekend. Barb (owner) is a wonderfull responsible owner who went out of her way with her welcoming touches. She had wine/snacks/fresh flowers waiting for us. She had breakfast items in fridge (orange juice, milk, cheese etc) which was so thoughtful for late check in! Everything was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well organized. The unit is first floor unit which was a plus and very convenient. Appliances and kitchen items are very modern and kitchen/dining area was perfect with a patio area facing front ocean view. The complex was clean, secure and has a pool area with a large BBQ area that was perfect. The unit has secure two car parking underground, which felt very safe. The aegea complex has a sundeck area with an ocean view that was perfect to enjoy the sunset. We took advantage of our perfect location by taking walks to the beach/pier and just people watching. From the condo you can walk to close by stores and restaurants which makes it very convenient. Check out the photos and information for this condo, the pictures actually do not reflect just how nice, clean and comfortable this unit is! We can truly say this condo is a good choice with a family or as a 55+ couple. We would definitely recommend condo to friends and family members!

“A very nice and convenient home” This house is very well kept and has a good deal to it. Besides the basics (TV, table, beds, blankets, etc.), the kitchen is a grand place for anyone looking to cook. There are plenty of pans, pots, utensils, and even a rack filled with different spices (oregano, basil, etc.). It was quite amazing. The house itself looks and feels very homely, and I had a great time. Fits a group of 10 people quite nicely and never felt too cramped. Furthermore, close to a good deal of restaurants and a Grocery Outlet! The owner of the place, Suzanne, is also very easy to get in contact with and is very friendly. She does a great job of letting you know how the process should proceed, and she made the experience all the more comforting. Overall, a great home and highly recommended!

“Steve's place was very, very welcoming” Steve's place was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, it was very, very welcoming. Steve left a lot of guides and tips that made it easy for us to plan out our days at Mammoth Lakes and find good restaurants at night. The hot tub and pool were also great after a day of long hikes! It was also our first time at Mammoth Lakes and booking online, and Steve was very patient and kind to us during the process. I definitely would recommend his place, and Mammoth Lakes, to anyone interested.
