Welcome to the Glengarry Guest House. Originally a Victorian Villa built by the Station Masters wife in 1865 as a private residence.

The Glengarry is now a Guest House run by Anne and her daughter Evelyn since 1983, both are local ladies with a wealth of knowledge of the area. We offer our guests a comfortable base for a visit to some of Scotlands most beautiful scenery.

The Glengarry is close to many local facilities, minutes away from fine restaurants and local shops.

Callander is known as The Gateway to the Highlands and is in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The Glengarry Guest House, is on the main A84 route, we are in the small town of Callander, which nestles in the Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park,
A 5 minute walk from the guest house will take you in to the main part of the town, with its speciality restaurants, local bars, or a 2 minute walk will access one of the many trails and walks in the area.
Callander is on the C7 cycle route, which will take you as far as the village of Strathyre and Balquidder Glen, where Rob Roys grave is located.
Local buses are available to take visitors further afield, to Doune famous for its pistol making and medieval castle, to Deanston where we have our local whisky distillery, and on to Stirling where attractions such as Wallaces Monument, The Robert the Bruce centre and Stirling castle can be found.
The journey time by bus from Callander to Stirling is 40minutes.
We have our own off road parking and cycle storage.
