Warm Beach is a quiet neighborhood with a mix of private vacation homes and full-time residents. The home is located in Port Susan which is located at the mouth of the Stillaguamish River. The home itself is situated on a 40' high bank with steps down to the beach and a lower deck area.

Port Susan is a vast tideland area which is home to a multitude of birds and other aquatic wildlife. Warm Beach is a great place to walk and/or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The small town of Stanwood is just seven miles to the North, which offers grocery shopping and a selection of restaurants and movie theater. Smokey Point, on I-5 offers more commercialized shopping with retailers such as Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Target; restaurants such as Boston's and Red Robin and a variety of fast-food restaurants. Seattle Outlet Shopping Mall and Tulalip Casino are a few miles more to the South. The quaint and historic town of LaConner is North about 15 miles which offers restaurants and antiques. The Skagit Valley Tulip fields are an amazing sight to see when in bloom.
