This wonderful house with private pool, located in Can Picafort, welcomes 7 people.
The exteriors of this accommodation are very wide and diverse. You can cool off in the wonderful chlorine pool, that sizes 7 m x 2 m and has a minimum depth of 1.60 and a maximum of 1.80 m. The two terraces are perfect for spending pleasant evenings, and you can enjoy some delicious barbecues. The porch is ideal for reading a book quietly and, in the garden area, you will find a space for sunbathing.
The house is divided into two floors: ground floor and floor -1, although you will only have access to the ground floor where you'll find all the rooms needed for a comfortable vacation. The spacious living-dining room has two sofas and a table with chairs. The vitro kitchen-dining room has everything you may need. The separate laundry consists of a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, there are 3 with a double bed each, and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers for the entire accommodation. The house has an AC unit in the hallway and another in the kitchen; It also has two fireplaces and 3 electric radiators. In case of travelling with a baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Can Picafort is a coastal town where you will find all the services you may need during your holidays. You will find two fine sandy beaches; from one of them you can take a walking tour to Son Real or, if you want to, you can get to Son Serra to discover one of the best beaches in the area. There is also a wide range of water sports such as windsurfing, surfing, diving, paddle surfing, among many others.

The outdoor areas are spacious and diverse: you can freshen up in a 7x2-sized chlorinated pool (1.6-1.8m deep). There are two terraces (50m2 and 15m2) where you can spend lovely evenings with a glass of wine and BBQ meals. On a 16m2-sized porch you can spend quiet hours reading or sunbathing in the garden.
The house is divided into two floors: a ground and an underground floor, though you will have access only to a ground floor. In a spacious living-dining room you can rest on a comfy sofa or have dinner with a family. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances which you need to prepare a delicious meal. In a washing room you find a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board.
Concerning the bedrooms, there are 4 double bedrooms: 3 with a double bed and one with two separate beds. Two bedrooms have a direct access to a front terrace. There are two bathrooms with shower.
Air conditioning in the corridor airs the bedrooms and bathrooms. Another one airs the kitchen. Two fire-places and 3 radiadors are also available for the guests. A baby bed and a high chair can be provided upon request.
Can Picafort has two sandy beaches. Here you can walk to Son Real or to Son Serra. Other beaches are Playas de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa o la de la Colonia de Sant Pere.
In this area you will find many water activities as windsurf, surf, diving, paddle surfing etc. Also, you can hire a kayak, bikes or buggies.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
