Villa Anjani is a special place in a wonderful relaxing location with views across the bay to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. There is great snorkeling and plenty of fish to entertain both adults and children on the coral reef right in front of the villa. This great villa is tranquilly settled on a small low-tide beach and offers guest a real chance to escapes stresses and just relax. The beautiful views across the bay are a real highlight of spending time in this East Bali coastal area. There are four rooms in the pool pavilion; the two rooms on the second floor share a shower & bathroom and so can be most suited to a family group with younger children, as you access the second bedroom [a master with sea view] from the first [a twin]. Two double rooms make up the lower floor. Bedroom five is in the garden pavilion and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The courtyard style pool allows good connection between all the rooms and the focal point of social gathering.

Our chef will provide you with delicious meals cooked to the highest quality and at a price on par with local restaurants, but with a higher degree of quality. There are oceanfront restaurants which are an easy walk away and provide a nice social atmosphere. There are also many to choose from just a few minutes drive away and taxis are very cheap and efficient and motorcycle hire is available if you are comfortable riding.
Around the villa there are loads of things to do. For culture buffs the fascinating Bali Aga walled village of Tenganan is just 3km away. Candidasa Temple, and the Goa Lawah bat temple are a short drive away, and the water palaces at Tirta Gangga, the royal palace at Klungkung and the Balinese mother temple Besakih are all an easy drive away. This property we found quite outstanding. The rooms were beautiful and provided ample space for our 3 children. The pool was fantastic as was the dining and entertainment area with stunning views over the ocean. The snorkelling right in your own backyard was brilliant, saw many colourful and amazing fish and a large turtle. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this property whether it be to a family or 2 or 3 couples. We would have no hesitation to go back again.

A wonderful secluded villa and the end of a quiet, private street. A beach front, tranquil setting that's hard to beat with very pleasant healpful staff to make the stay even more memorable. We were a party of eight and everyone had only good things to say. The only draw back was that we were four couple's and the two rooms on the second storey share a bathroom, and also not very private as you have to walk through the first room to get to the second room.
Even so, we all had a good time and would definitely go back again.

What an amazing villa and view.
Words cannot describe or give justice to this place.
On arrival (and departure) you are met with great staff who cater for everything you need. You don't have to lift a finger.
You can enjoy great food and drink at any time of the day and night and the quality is very good.
The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and clean and you wake every morning hearing the waves crashing in on the beach.
The lounge and dining area provides great comfort and a place to chat, enjoy each others company, play games and to drink your beer.
The pool and central garden is superb and a shorter walk for refreshments - a great place to sunbath.
The front garden is a shady grassed area with the most amazing view. We sat for hours, day and night, just watching the waves hit the beach and the breakwaters - amazing.
If you like snorkeling this is paradise - there is a map in the villa of the area inside the breakwater. When you are in the water the sea life is indescribable! The area in front of the villa is good for paddling and the stronger swimmer.
Access to the beach and the drop off the garden to beach level must be monitored if you have small ones!
If you dare venture out there are some decent eateries - try the Crazy Kangaroo - for us it was the best quality and value.
We met some fishermen on the beach in front of the water lily pond who took us diving and to the white sandy beach around the peninsular - this is a must do!
If you like the sea or have never experienced being this close then give Villa anjani some of your time. I will end as I started - this is an amazing villa and view!

We stayed at the Villa anjani for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The Villa is a great place to stay. Also with Kids. They loved the little beach, the crabs and the snorkeling. We also recommend to have dinner at the villa.

We went as two families for a week-end break. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth the journey. The villa is of an exceptional standard and the staff could not do more for us from the moment we arrived. By using the driver, we found some great restauarants close by and had a day trip into Ubud which was not too far away. The views, and the sound of the Ocean are remarkable - such a peaceful area. There is a small beach (with a sheer drop onto it - so need to be watchful if any toddlers) - it is not great for sunbathing but this was not really a problem for us as plenty of loungers etc by the pool. Fantastic place - would return.
