A more expensive set of mattresses on the beds than you get in your typical hotel room (the owner knows what it is like to have a bad back and how much a decent mattress can help). There are books in the suite about popular hikes, a picnic basket, cork screw, a lot of little things other places don't have.

A WALKTHROUGH of the PROPERTY
Upon arrival at the property you use an electronic key combination to enter the heated (important in winter months) underground parking garage. Drive to your own dedicated parking stall. Behind you is your own storage cage if you have sports equipment, such as, bikes or ski equipment.
Enter your access code in to the elevator to make it to the 4th floor where the condo is located. On this floor is also the workout room. Go up a flight of stairs to the shared roof top hot tub. There are two roof top hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. That you will have access to.
Use your unique code to access the condo and then set the code to a 3 to 6 digit code that you and people you are traveling with will remember.
When you enter the condo the kitchen is to your left. Dining area and great room with fantastic views toward the Three Sisters Mountain Range are straight ahead. To the right is the main floor bedroom and bathroom.
The main floor bathroom has a sink, tub/shower and toilet. There is a blow dryer here. We provide towels and while we suggest guests bring their own toiletries we provide basic soap.
The main floor bedroom has queen size bed. This room has a smaller window that looks over the balcony to the mountains. There is a closet with a Pac'N'Play play pen. There is also a dresser.
The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, fridge (with ice maker) and stove/oven. We do have a blender. There are pots, plates, utensils to keep most people happy. In fact, we've received extra thank you notes for having higher end utensils than most other places (for those chefs who appreciate such things).
The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.
The great room has extra large windows that look out to the mountains. There is a leather sofa bed (queen size - the mattress is okay but as in any type of sofa bed it isn't as luxurious as the mattresses on the actual beds in this condo). There is a leather chair and coffee table surround the large coffee table. There is a gas fire place and 42" HD TV.
To the right (facing the direction you come in to the condo from) is a balcony the comfortable fits/seats 4 people. The balcony looks out to the mountains and has a propane Weber BBQ.
To the right of the balcony door is a staircase up to the loft. The loft has a queen size bed. There is also a large soaker bath tub (great for bathing kids or works well for a couples getaway). There is also a vanity (sink and mirror).
You have access to another full bathroom in the workout room down the hall. While this workout room is shared amoungst the building residents it isn't used very often and once in this bathroom it is private (you can lock the door). This gives access to another shower and toilet.
NO SMOKING inside - you can smoke on the balcony.
Tax rate 5% of rent tax rate
Damage Deposit $300 per stay
GST (General Sales Tax) is an additional 5% of rent for any stays less than one month.
All bookings take place only with a Visa, MasterCard
Last Minute Details/Value Season
In last minute situations, and during the value season we may rent 2 nights (3 nights is normal minimum) for a $50.00 surcharge. We also give last minute discounts based on number of nights and time of year.
Bookings (outside of high season) for stays from today:
28 to 22 days away - 10% discount
21 to 15 days away - 15% discount
14 to 8 days away - 20% discount
7 to current day - 25% discount
A 5 night minimum is required to book over Christmas or New Years.
To reserve our vacation rental condo we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!
Upon arrival a security deposit of $300 will be held against your credit card (we do not actually take the money but a hold is put on that amount and up to $300.00 may be taken to cover any damages occurring to the condo units during your stay). The hold will be released within 72 hrs of your departure as long as there are no damages or items missing, as verified by our cleaning staff.
Of course we hope you don’t have to change your vacation plans. However, please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.
Once booked there are no refunds. We are not a large hotel chain with dozens to hundreds of rooms. This is the only property we have in Canmore and once you reserve we block off these dates for you and no one else is able to book.
We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase some type of vacation insurance, which includes accommodation costs. Then if you must cancel your trip the insurance may (usually for major medical problems, and other critical situations) cover the cancellation costs. You will be very centrally located at this condo. While in town you can leave your car parked at your reserved under ground heated parking stall and walk to restaurants, stores, pubs, etc.
It is strongly recommended that you have a car while in the area. Banff National Park is just a 5 minute drive away. The town of Banff is 20 minutes away.
The borders to Yoho and Kootenay National Parks are about one hour away. The border to Jasper National Park starts about 2 hours away. Kananaskis Park starts about 30 minutes away. With a car you could spend months exploring the parks within a day trip of the condo.
NOTE: Canmore (and the Town of Banff) are in a valley with a train that runs through. This condo has one of the better locations for not getting much train noise as it faces away from the tracks. Whether you book with us or another place find out how close to the tracks and whether the property faces towards or away from the tracks.

The location of this condo is very convenient. We walked to the town centre for dinner every night and had a lot of choices for breakfast with their being a Starbucks and Timmy's close by. The nearby Safeway also allowed us to easily buy snacks and drinks without having to drive. The owners were very easy-going, allowing another member to join our party with no fuss. We had no problem finding or accessing the condo and the rooftop hot tub was quite a treat :) I'd recommend this place to anyone with a group looking to stay in the mountains.

This is a great apartment for families. It covered all our needs for both the baby and the adults, from a high chair and playpen to an X-box with games and movies. A grocery store and Canadian Tire (among other stores) were also within walking distance, making it really easy to grab any last minute items.
The owners were great! They were highly accessible and any issues were dealt with right away. They were also very accommodating and made us feel like VIP clients. Never made us feel like we were bothering them.
All our needs were met and it honestly felt like our home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Condo was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice perk. Walking distance to downtown. No issues with street noise despite being over a shopping area. The only odd thing was that the master bedroom with wonderfully large bathtub is upstairs while the only toilet is downstairs. Makes for a long walk in the night. Read more
We've always considered the master bedroom to be the bedroom on the main level beside the full downstairs bathroom (so no need to walk stairs). Yes, whoever does sleep up in the upstairs loft bedroom would have to walk down the stairs to get to the main level and the toilet.

We stayed five nights over NYE 2012. The Condo is located at the very centre of town and within walking distance to everything. Restaurants and shopping are a quick walk in any direction. Our guests were very pleased with its central location. The Condo itself was very spacious for 6ppl although the bathroom is a little on the small side. Most importantly the condo gets all day sun so it's bright all day and the fire place and central heat keep things warm in the cool evenings. Great stay! Read more
The main level bathroom being referred to is a full four piece bathroom but the sink area only allows one person in front of the mirror at a time. When we are there with 6 people and getting ready to head out we use the two bathrooms within the condo and the private 3 piece bathroom area (no tub, but sink, shower, toilet) in the public fitness room on the same floor as our condo. It is just 5 seconds down the hall from our condo. It does mean the person using that bathroom has to step out in to the common area of the condo complex. However, once in the fitness area this other bathroom is then private as it has a lock on the door which allows one person to use it at a time. That helps to get a lot of people showerd, and ready in a short amount of time as it allows for 2 showers, 3 sinks/mirrors.

I am really happy I booked this condo for our weeekend getaway! Will definitely be staying here again. Staying in Canmore is more affordable and still so close to Banff!
The condo was very clean and with 6 people, we were very comfortable. There's a liquor store and Starbucks just below. And the hot tub on the roof was a plus! I would recommend anyone wanting to enjoy Canmore and Banff to stay at 403 C Canmore Crossing! Read more
