Appartement entièrement rénové en décembre 2019.
Au pied de la Croix des Gardes, dans résidence de standing *** Cannes Villa Francia avec 2 piscines et pataugeoire, Bâtiment Picasso, appartement climatisé traversant de 3 pièces 38 m² + terrasse de 6 m² , superbe vue mer (baie de Cannes et îles de Lérins) et piscine à débordement (voir photo), au 2e et dernier étage, entièrement équipé pour 6 personnes, terrasse couverte exposée sud face à la mer et à la piscine, aménagée pour les repas et le repos. On peut manger matin et midi sur la terrasse en plein soleil pendant tout l'hiver. Piscine éclairée chaque soir.
L'appartement est en bout de coursive (pas de passage).
Appartement rénové, avec coin cuisine équipé avec lave vaisselle et plaque induction, four mixte, réfrigérateur, équipement vaisselle et électroménager (grille pain, cafetières traditionnelle et Nespresso, bouilloire, fer à repasser, aspirateur,sèche-cheveux, ...).
Séjour / salle à manger avec canapé convertible (couchage 2 personnes), TV écran plat TNT (chaînes internationales), lecteur CD et DVD.
Deux chambres l'une avec lit double, l'autre avec 2 lits superposés.
Salle de bains et salle d'eau . Nombreux placards. Coffre fort dans l'appartement.
Parking sous-sol sécurisé par vigik compris dans le prix de la location.
Laverie (payant) dans la résidence avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.
Piscine à débordement et pataugeoire avec transats, ouverture d'avril à novembre. Magnifique parc arboré de 7 hectares, avec fleurs et plantes exotiques, au calme, tennis, ping-pong, jeux d'enfants (toboggans...), terrain multi sports avec équipement basket.
10 minutes à pied (3 minutes en voiture) des plages de sable fin (Plages du Midi), 3 kilomètres de la Croisette et du Palais des festivals (30 minutes à pied le long de la mer), 2 kilomètres des marchés et commerces
Arrçet bus à 200m (Ligne 7 station Cointet)
