You’ll be hard-pressed to find a home that more accurately captures the spirit, look and feel of the Caribbean experience than Villa Sea Pearl. This traditional single-story Colonial bungalow sits among lush, green gardens of bougainvillea and palm, with a long rolling lawn leading you right to the waters of the Caribbean Sea.
A sparkling pool is the focal point of the home’s sprawling back deck and garden. From its crisp blue water you can gaze out to sea, spotting nearby islands. A covered patio with rattan lounge set is ideal for cooling off in the shade. Prepare fresh seafood on the charcoal grill to savor at an al fresco table. The sizable lawn is the perfect place to host a garden party or to simply enjoy a cocktail at dusk while the sun sets over the horizon.
Inside, a lively tropical color palette of yellow, fuchsia and green remind you of your natural surroundings while louvre windows and doors allow the fresh trade winds to circulate freely. Decadently soft living room chairs and sofas are the perfect place to chat or sneak in a siesta. Off the living room, the kitchen and dining areas are modern and fully-equipped, but inspire feelings of comfort and closeness.
A short, breezy hallway leads to Sea Pearl’s 2 bedrooms. Their layout allows air to circulate, keeping you nice and cool, but the rooms are also fitted with air conditioning. Each room opens onto the patio and features an en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom includes a King size bed and couch while the second room has 2 Twin beds that can be assembled to form a King.
Sea Pearl’s location on the northernmost tip of the island, in the exclusive Cap Estate, puts you in a perfect spot for activities, including an 18 holes of golf. Follow a steep path (with steps) down to Smugglers Cove beach, with reef-protected water perfect for snorkeling. Gros Islet is only 4 miles away where you can shop, dine or organize trips to the famous Pitons and Sulphur Springs.

The drive from the airport to Cap Maison was extremely dangerous, scary, depressing and all around a disappointment to what our visions of the island should be. (Once we found out a hurricane hit 2 years ago and devastated the island it was understandable.) The drive took us 2 hours. Estimated 1.5 so getting lost wasn't too unexpected. When we finally found the right street and entered the gates to the property all the apprehension was gone. We were met by Portia, our housetess (hostess, house cook and cleaner). The view from the front door to the ocean was spectacular. The property immaculate. The weather, perfect with an overcast everyday (thank God). The excursion was topnotch. My hats off to Tropical Villas for having everything set in place for a wonderful vacation. Don't hesitate to rent this JEWEL... I would come back any time of year. Humidity is worse here in the deep south USA. Wonderful..just wonderful!! Thank you. - Robin B., ,

This villa has an exclusive location on a 5-8 m high cliff facing the Caribbean Sea. Magnificent, fantastic views of the sea, Pigeon island, sunsets, sailboats, hunting pelicans and sea gulls, local fishermen fishing just in front of the cliff, - unforgettable scenery, which is perfectly tranquil in the evenings and mornings, and full of life in the day time. Villa is located on a relatively large land plot between two resorts, which is an advantage in terms of safety, however you absolutely do not feel other people around, it is surrounded by the fence with its own automatic gate, it is perfectly private. Lush greenery, huge old trees, bushes, flowers, palms - wonderful garden full of birds. Swimming pool is definitely large enough for 2-4 people, clean, refreshing, with the same fantastic views. Excellent small beach is in 3 min walking. The house is simple and very cozy, provides all necessary conveniences, and the terrace is the main place to sit, enjoy the views and relax. - Vadim J., , Lithuania

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Pearl very much. The setting was tranquil with beautiful sunsets. Having a cook added another relaxing dimension with all meals prepared if requested. We had a wonderful experience. - Marie L., Massachusetts, USA
