Fabulous villa in 2 floors in Cala Ratjada for families. Surface of 300sqm with private pool and BBQ.
This Villa is fully equipped for 8 people and distributed in 4 bedrooms (2 with single beds and 2 with King size beds). 3 of them have A/C. The house has central heating available in case you want to enjoy the beautiful and chill winters in Mallorca. The dinning room has eating place for 8 people and 6 extra chairs for other friends so you can have an amazing oportunity for a gather around with some friends!
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your holidays. There is also 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The air conditioning will be charged with 0.60€/kw.
In the garden area you can enjoy in one of the 4 hammocks or make a nice BBQ for your family!
The house has piped music all over it and from upstairs you have views to the see.
The house is perfect for groups of friends and also for families with kids since it has 3 baby cots and 2 baby high chair.
Approximately 20 metres away you can find a small supermarket and a pharmacy. The closest beach is around 400m away and 300m away you can find some bars and restaurants.
