900 square foot unit in 6 unit self-contained complex located in downtown heart of Cape Coral. Close to all amenities. The unit has been completely renovated, and a new kitchen installed which is well equipped .In the event that you find you need a special piece of equipment, we will do our utmost to provide it. There are brand new TV's in every room, wifi internet, and dvd player. Utilities are included, i.e., water, electricity,etc. All beds are brand new, and provided with plenty of linens, towels, etc. The Washer/Dryer area also provides limited storage.
The complex is situated in a quiet side street, with a small park directly across from it, ideal for pet walking. It is wheelchair accessible. The pool area is cleaned daily and provides all amenities including poolside tables, chairs, loungers, BBQ grill and outside shower
The complex is but a short walk to Bimini Basin, a peaceful oasis overlooking the huge Caloosahatchee River, within which is the Four Freedoms Park together with a picnic area and fenced in playground. A 4 minute drive will take you to the Cape Coral Yacht Club, where you will find a pristine white sand beach, Community Park and Playground, and the newly opened Boathouse Bar and Grill with valet parking. A 3 minute drive east or west will take you to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. Cape Coral Bridge over Caloosahatchee River, will take you to Fort Myers in under 10 minutes, giving you access to the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, etc. in all, a 20 to 30 min drive. A whole plethora of beaches going south as far as Naples and Marco Island are all within a little over an hour's drive as are the beaches going North. If you prefer shopping, you will find that the area has many shopping malls and outlets catering to every pocket. Fort Myers provides a very large flea market on the weekends and worth a visit. For the outdoors type, you can rent fishing boats with or without a captain for deep sea fishing, kayaks, para-sailing, explore the Everglades and Ding Darling Refuge to mention a few.
Going west will take you to the barrier islands of Matlacha, (pronounced Matlashay), a quaint old Florida village, with it's multi-colored homes, stores and restaurants. A super island to explore and buy your Florida souvenirs, It also lays claim to "The Fishingist Bridge in the World" where people cast their rods over the side of the bridge and fish. It's larger sister, Pine Island has numerous garden nurseries which display a multitude of different palm trees and native Florida shrubs. Fishing and kayaking are plentiful on both islands with boats and kayaks for rent, and .
