New to the rental market, Villa Alegría has been carefully prepared to have your whole family relaxed and in vacation mode as soon as you walk in the door. Beautiful landscaping sets the stage for a perfectly laid out floor plan set up with everything you need for a great vacation for even the largest group. With plenty of space for everyone and a sunny pool & lanai & boat dock, you’re sure to quickly leave your regular worries in the past. Think of it as your own private tropical resort.

The house is fully air-conditioned and features large rooms, a large & well-equipped kitchen, and whole house sound and wireless internet access. Multiple "smart" HD LCD TV’s, media players, and Internet-connected Blu-Ray / DVD player throughout the home means there is always entertainment available, if desired. You’ll find most of your time will be spent hanging around the comfortable lanai and pool area that is directly accessible from the main house, the kitchen, the master bedroom, and the guest wing. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the pool/lanai area, a large 14’ x 28’ heated pool, and a top-rated Infra-red BBQ gas grill to cook up your favorite steak or fish. Later in the day, you’ll find yourself marveling at the evening sky, enjoying your favorite beverage, and wondering if you’ll really be able to leave this paradise once the vacation is over.

The dock has a 8000 lbs boat lift so you can have your (owned or rented) boat easily accessible. With direct gulf access in your backyard, you will be within easy reach of local beaches and watering holes on Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Pine Island, Captiva, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, etc.

The kitchen has provisions to make meal preparation a snap and your meals can be served in the kitchen dining area, the kitchen bar area, the pool area sitting table or all three. A multi-source, multi-zone music system allows you to listen to different music in different areas of the house – or sync them all together to pipe your favorite tunes everywhere you go. The family room will be a favorite gathering spot with nap-inducing, super comfortable sofa, love seat, and chair. A large HD LCD TV in the center of the entertainment center will provide great viewing of a rented movie, the big game, Airplay-sourced pictures of your vacation, or your favorite TV show. Or hang out in the separate sitting area to engage a quiet conversation or to read your favorite book.

When the day is done, you’ll find 4 very comfortable bedrooms that will allow you to rest and recharge, as needed. The master suite, separated on one side of the house for privacy, provides spacious living area, king-sized bed, LCD HD TV, a personal music system, a walk-in closets, and step-in bathtub, and a large walk-in tiled shower stall, and direct access to the pool area. There are 2 other bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. The 1st bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, an HD TV, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, an HD TV, and a walk-in closet. These share a bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool. The 4th bedroom is a separate queen bedroom with large closet w/ built-ins and desk/computer area.
