We had a wonderful vacation. The house was so comfortable and the pool and boat were great. We loved having breakfast out on the huge patio.
My kids loved seeing an alligator in the river, very exciting. We took the boat to Sannibel island and swam to shore in the crystal water. We also
pulled the boat up to a tiny unihabited island and swam with dolfins swiming around us. Lots of fish to see snorkling. Also took the boat out to dinner several times which was really fun. Thank you so much - Great Vacation.

The home was well kept and clean. Home would be great for 2 couples as there is 2 master bedrooms. It is also large enough for a family.
We got great enjoyment in feeding all the turtles in the canal. We started out feeding 4-5 at a time and by the last day we had 10 at once. We also starting getting sea gulls, fish and ducks stopping by at feeding time.
The boat was fantastic. It is a really nice boat - rode great even when windy and in rough water. All amenities on the boat you'd possibly want.
This is a wonderful home in a great location. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. There is a huge lanai and large pool unlike some of the other rentals available. The owners and the property management company were very helpful and easy to work with.
You can't go wrong in renting this home. It is truly enjoyable.

This place is not nearly as nice as you think it's going to be when you're paying for it. All pulled off by very good staging along with a good photographer. There are all kinds of unexpected fees and work associated with these rentals. Pretty much to get anywhere around the area you have to cross a bridge with a toll and they can be anywhere from $2 - $6. There is a toll booth literally right outside the neighborhood, so every time you want to go anywhere and return, it's going to cost you $2. The people around the area seem disgruntled and are very angry drivers, definitely has that South Florida feeling. The $3 a day for energy barely covers anything, we used the hot tub twice in 5 days and we paid an extra $25. The pool was fun and we spent a lot of time outside on the porch, but the tiles in both the pool and tub were dirty. The house is nice, but just seems cheap; holes in the walls, crappy fixtures, old towels, flat pillows(definitely bring your own pillow!). You have to clean up a lot because it's someone else's house, so I never got that pampered vacation feeling you get at a resort or a cruise. Also, in addition to paying for cleaning, they also charged us extra for unexplained "stains" that they wouldn't elaborate on. The blinds were broken and hard to use letting a lot of light in, then at the end they charged us for their already broken blinds. I've had vertical blinds before and the type of wear on them was from years of use, two adults could not do that in 5 days. It was easy to get in contact with the owners and realtor lady before hand, but after I could never get a response. In the end we got $220 back out of the $300 deposit, even though we were very conscious and careful our entire stay. I hope they use the extra money they took from us to buy some new linens and repair this place a bit, it could REALLY use it.
