Response from the manager Dear guest, We are sorry that you felt your concerns were ignored. We went back and checked our notes to confirm that we addressed your issues in a timely manner. Our notes indicate that we were in touch with the owner the same day you voiced your concerns requesting that the repairs be made. Unfortunately as an agent we are not the homeowner and cannot order the repairs. Since your stay was brief the owner was unable to get someone in to make the repairs during your stay. Upon your departure we contacted the owner to request compensation. Refund requests are not at our discretion but dictated by the owner. We are sorry if your expectation was not met.
