Recently Renovated! This beautiful cottage is on one of Cape Mays lovliest treelined streets, offering all of the comforts of home and only 4 short blocks to the beach. The home includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a new outside shower.

There is a new porch with recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, a bistro table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The exterior construction is cedar impressions, natural clay color. As you enter the front door, the foyer is open to the dining area and living room. There is a wall mounted TV in the living room. All rooms are freshly painted and have new ceiling fans. There are beautifully refinished hardwood floors, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms, kitchen and sun porch. The kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher and Bosch gas stove. The owner has equipped the kitchen with everything needed for those who wish to cook. The 2 bathrooms on the first floor are completely new. The original sun porch has been replaced with a larger one. This is a favorite room of our guests, as it faces east and welcomes each day.
The second floor is all new construction. The front bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and faces the ocean to capture breezes and the sound of the waves. This room has a king size bed and a wall mounted TV. There are 2 twin beds in the one of the additional bedrooms and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other. The second floor bath has a skylight. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is hardwood flooring, except in the bathroom, where there is ceramic tile.
Outside there is a new hot and cold enclosed shower, patio, two picnic tables with umbrellas and a Weber gas grill. The yard is a great place for children to play. Behind the garage is a separate storage shed, just for renters to store bicycles. We provide a lock and key. Also provided is a beach box at the Trenton Street Beach for storage of tenants chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. A lock is on the box and two keys are provided. There is off street parking for two cars and additional on street parking in front of the house.
This house has been designed to be an inviting, comfortable getaway for those who love the charm of Cape May. BEACH TAGS MAY BE PROVIDED BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

We loved the way your every need and recreation was anticipated by the owners. The cottage is impeccably clean, which is a pleasure for me as a nurse who's job is in infection control. I felt my small grandchildren were safe on the quiet street, and every book , games and videos were supplied. The appliances are super, and I love the way the owners left an orientation book, thinking of everything! We would love to return next year, and glad to hear of the expansion of another bathroom. Next visit I'll know how easy it is to pack and leave to a second home we all love.

Yet another great family vacation in Cape May! The Idaho house, as usual, was spotless. We wnjoyed great weather and many family dinners around the large kitchen table. The kids enjoyed playing games in the backyard, and biking to the mall for an afternoon of shopping. Can't beat this house for 3 blocks from the beach!

2011 was our second year at this property, and we are already looking forward to returning this summer. Property is very well kept and only a short distance to the beach. Owner keeps property immaculate and provides very detailed information on local activities, services, etc... We enjoy the comfortable two bedrooms downstairs, large kitchen, sunporch, and outside grill and dining area. Kids enjoy separate bedrooms upstairs and large back yard. We would highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable home located close to the beach.
