Very clean, spacious and comfortable apt. The apartment is fully equiped with washing machine, microwave and oven. Breathtaking view of the table mountain and beach from the living room balcony. The beach is just across the road and there are lots of food joints around the place.Be sure to plan your journey to Cape Town as the traffice in the morning and evening peak hours is very bad. They only thing we missed in the apartment was Braai facility.
Elizabeth was very helpful throughout our stay, the check in was smooth and our check out at 4.00 am was hassle free.
Would definatly stay here again on our next trip and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
“Amazing views of Table Mountain in a classy appartment!”

Our stay in Partico 706 was an amazing experience for us. The apartment offered us the breathtaking views of Table Mountain while at the same time sharing in the action views of Kite surfers at the beachfront. The apartment itself is very modern with all the services that one appreciates while travelling such as internet access, laundry services and a fully equipped kitchen. Portico's location also proved to be very central for both shopping and restaurants, it is also about 20 metres from the beach, which was very convinient for both swimming or a morning run! The cozy Carlucci's Italian coffee shop is also housed within the same building which was very convinient for us for a morning breakfast and Italian coffee! Portico 706 proved to be the best value for money for us, and therefore worth visiting again!

How refreshing to be greeted with such a warm welcome with the lovely flowers & chocolates waiting for us in the apartment - what a nice touch.
The apartment is very well appointed with all the necessary home items needed to make your stay very comfortable.
All the photo's one sees of Cape Town in glossy magazines or coffee table books are I'm sure taken from Portico - the views of Table Mountain with the city below are absolutely stunning whether you're looking across the bay in the early morning or late evening.
Many places nearby to either go out to eat or shop for your favourite food to cook back in the apartment. Also very easy to travel off to visit the many wonderful places of interest in and around Cape Town
To sum up if your looking for an apartment where you will be assured of good service and attention then I would highly recommend 706 Portico but just remember that this side of bay does tend to be on the windy side but the kite surfers will be interesting to watch whilst sitting on the balcony sipping your Gin & Tonic..

You could hardly wish for a better location and certainly can't better the view from Portico 706. A really nice appointed apartment with everything that you could wish for carefully thought of and available. Have already used twice and will hopefully use again next year. Highly recommend this particular apartment in Portico.
