The spectacularly beautiful city of Cape Town, in Southern Africa, is home to Down The Lane Apartment. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Tamboerskloof, Central Cape Town on the slopes of Lion's Head is situated behind the main house and comprises of 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed), 1 bathroom with shower in bath, fully equipped kitchen, and lounge with full satellite television as well as a lush little garden with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a separate entrance. Only on street parking is available. Free WiFi available.

Cape Town has it all. From restaurants and cafes, to cigar bars and coffee houses. From fascinating bookshops, to antique markets and intriguing speciality shops. From the buzz of the city to the tranquility of the Turkish Baths... you'll find it on your doorstep at Down The Lane Holiday Apartment. The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants catering for all tastes, bars and shops, from boutiques to big supermarkets as well as 5 minutes walk from the CBD.

If you want some sand, sea and sun it's waiting for you "just over the Nek" 10 minutes drive away. There on the Atlantic coast you'll find you’re spoilt for choice with the world-famous Clifton beaches, the superb white stretch of Camps Bay beach and cosy Glen beach surrounded by huge, imposing rocks.

Getting around

The MyCiti bus service is an excellent way to see some of the sights without using a car. The bus stop is a mere 500 meters from the apartment an will connect you to places like the famous Waterfront, from where you will also be able to board a boat to Robben Island, where you will be able to view Nelson Mandela's cell, Hout Bay which is famous for it's fresh fish, Bloubergstrand where you will be able to have a world famous view of Table Mountain across the bay. The lovely beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay is also reachable with the bus service. This bus service also runs from the airport and with 1 stop to change lines you will be able to reach the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
