If you don't fancy cooking, pop into our local Country Pub within walking distance now serving Sunday Lunch or Betws y Coed is only 2 miles away where you will find plenty of Pubs/Restaurants

The Old Coach House is in the grounds of Llannerch Goch Country House we offer luxury Self Catering accommodation...where tradition meets contemporary. The perfect Snowdonia Cottage and is just 2 miles from the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, Conwy Valley in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.

The Old Coach House offers non-smoking for 2 - 4 people. This 17th Century oak-beamed holiday cottage is full of character and atmosphere with many original features, and benefits from 2 patio areas, 1 for breakfast and the other to enjoy the evening sunset over the mountains.

We welcome 1 dog at £5 per night which you can pay in cash when you arrive (We do not allow dogs under 1yr old or to be left unattended in the cottage at any time). Free Wi-Fi. Superb views of The Snowdonia Mountain Range and ample parking by your front door.

WE ARE CLOSE TO ALL TOP 10 ATTRACTIONS OF NORTH WALES

There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has recently been refitted with new soft closure Country Cream Kitchen units with integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, American water/ice dispenser fridge freezer, leather high back chairs and decor. There is a TV with Freeview DVD player in the dining area. The Kitchen has been decorated in Cath Kidston and a Retro Style. All mod cons where Tradition meets Contemporary.

There are two bedrooms - a double room with French style kingsize bed with Egyptian Cotton Sheets on the 1st floor to take advantage of the views and there is one twin bedroom on the ground floor with 2'6" beds. We have a cot and high chair if need be.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and has recently been transformed with a 'P' shaped jacuzzi shower bath to relax after hiking on the mountains....built in basin, soft closure toilet seat and LED mirror with shaving point together with new tiles and decor.

You can relax in the lounge full of character with A line oak beams, leather sofas and a log burning stove effect gas fire and 40" flatscreen TV with Freeview TV, this is on the 1st floor again to enjoy the mountain views.

This comfortable cottage is centrally heated and double glazed, . The features retains the original stable door on which the Stable Hand wrote his diary going back to 1646 and the window sills chewed away by the horses that used to pull the Coach!

Walkers & cyclists are welcome, and lockable storage is available for mountain bikes.

The picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed is just 2 miles away and the market town of Llanrwst 3 miles. Llannerch Goch is located within a varied landscape of mountains, woodland, lakes and rivers in beautiful countryside steeped in mystic Celtic history. It is an ideal location for visiting National Trust properties and the numerous new activities in the area.

Many Restaurants and a Bistro serving locally produced food 2 miles away in Betws-y-Coed or obtain your local produce from Bodnant Welsh Food Centre a short drive away. Plenty of fine delis, wine shops and butchers nearby.

Visitors will be spoilt for choice for the scenic locations and things to do in and around this popular National Park. There is a wonderful sense of peace and well being with landscapes for exploring, touring, walking routes, climbing, cycle paths while being a short drive from a number of historic towns such as the medieval walled town of Conwy, or the Victorian resort of Llandudno. We are the perfect retreat centrally located for Mountains and Coast and within easy reach of all Top 10 Attractions of North Wales including the new Zip Wire, Tree Tops, Go-Below Caverns, Marin Bike Trails Glan-y-Gors Carting and many more.

If your tired and need a break, pack your suitcase, escape to the country, leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and head for a relaxing break at our luxury cottage. You'll be breathless standing still with our views!!!
