- 50 square meters. on the ground floor, 350 meters from the beach. Comprising spacious room with double bed, living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with large shower and washing machine. Ideal for a couple + child or adult (sofa bed). Maximum 3 people. - Fully equipped kitchen, stocked with cookware, dishes and all the accessories for cooking, ironing and hanging laundry. It enjoys all the amenities: air conditioning, heating, washing machine, LCD TV 32 ", ability to front of the house parking.
