Description
Located close to the river Aude and historic Pont Vieux, the apartment is ideally placed between Carcassonne town centre and the medieval Cite in a privately owned apartment building.
Recently renovated, this spacious apartment is very well equipped including a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, widescreen tv, Dvd, free wi-fi. Modern open plan design with all mod cons whilst retaining character. Ideal for short or long term rentals.
Within a few minutes walk are an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, tourist office, banks, bus and train station and of course two UNESCO world heritage sites- Carcassonne Cite and Canal du Midi. Plenty of free local parking.
Friendly English owners living locally offer free pick up from Carcassonne airport or train station. All dealings from enquiry stage through to meeting on arrival are directly with the owners.
We will normally reply to all enquiries and booking requests within four hours, however if you haven't received a reply from us within eight hours we would ask guests to check their SPAM folder.

“Tres bien agencé et situé”
Nous avons passé une semaine avec ma copine ici pour découvrir Carcassonne et le pays cathare. L'appartement est propre et bien situé à mi chemin entre la Bastide et la cité. Toutes les commodités accessibles à pied. Pas de souci pour stationner la voiture non plus. Accueil sympathique de Jason qui nous indique les bons plans culturels et les bons restaurants. Bémol : appartement un peu bruyant (cloisons entre étages un peu fines). Notre séjour reste largement positif et je vous conseille cette location
