“Highly recommended” We spent the week of New Year's 2013/14 enjoying Casa Phil. The house is exactly as described, and the photos accurately reflect Philippe's beautiful home. The home is closely located to the beach, actually a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed running on the beach daily, as the beach extended for many miles. On this beach, there are a lot of restaurants and bars which we enjoyed as well. Philippe is a very gracious host. He was extremely helpful in arranging all of our transportation needs, from taxis to and from the airport, to renting dune buggies (which he builds himself), and a quad. He was always checking in on us as well, making sure that everything was ok, and whether or not we needed anything. We can't thank Philippe enough for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend Casa Phil to anyone interested in a vacation in Las Terrenas, DR.

“We didn't want to leave!” My husband and I stayed at Mooncottage for too short a time in april 2014. We loved it and will hope to go back one day. The layout of the cottage is perfect for a couple. Separate sleeping cottage allows for one to sleep-in undisturbed while the other makes coffee. The island/asian decor is very attractive and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. But the very best feature is the view which is absolutely to die for. Once there, you will be happy to skip a day at the beach and just bask in the breezy air, taking an occasional dip in the tiny pool, positioned perfectly between the bedroom and the deck. The drive in is pretty hair-raising, but once you get the hang of the very steep and very rough roads (typical in Carol Bay and much of St. John) and the perilously steep driveway, you'll be so glad you made the journey!

“Perfect!” Title says it all. PERFECT island vacation home. Better than advertised. We had 7 adults and 2 infants and had plenty of room to relax. Pool, views are incredible. Convenient enough to travel the rest of the island (although you may ask yourself "why leave!". Rick and Steve are great hosts, responsive to any questions you might have. Recommend renting SUV and also that you give yourself plenty of time at the airport when departing. Highly recommend Villa Amour and would definitely return!

“Awesome family vacation” This was our second visit to Drakes View and we again enjoyed everything the property has to offer...views, a well equpped kitchen, hot tub and ample space for our 3 generations to be together for Thanksgiving week. In spite of an abnormally rainy week, we made the best of our beach time and enjoyed the views from the villa when we were forced inside. We lovedbeing able to stay overlooking Coral Bay,our favorite side of St. Johns. We explored several new beaches and snorkeling apots. Thanks to the Roberts family and their wonderful concierge team of Dorothy and Fernando.

“If you are looking for a little piece of paradise Twin Palms is” Twin Palms is a modern villa with large immaculate rooms and a gorgeous view. The large kitchen is very well equipped. “Movie-Star Location” We have been renting villas in Nevis for several years and also stayed at many other Caribbean islands. Coccoloba is by far the best and most luxurious we have stayed in. This was our second stay there and we cannot wait to go back for out winter trip. This time we brought our friends Chuck and Sue. The villa is very spacious and both bedroom suites are beautifully furnished with large doors opening sraight onto the deck and pool. Peter and Louise (the owners) went beyond the call of duty organizing everything for us before our arrival, meeting us at the airport and thoughtfully leaving the fridge stocked with food and drinks. There was even a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us. The car rental didn't show up as planned on our arrival so Peter lent us his car for the first evening! The road up to the villa is quite rough in some places and we were pleased we had a jeep. However, once there, the views are just breathtaking. The villa is set in amongst trees and forest with no immediate neighbours so it really is very private. We did have unannounced visitors on two mornings when about 15 monkeys came down through the garden! Although the photos on the website are beautiful they don't do it justice. The pool has a real infinity edge, the water seems to just fall into the sea below. During our earlier visits to Nevis we used to have sunset drinks at Sunshines bar on the beach by Four Seasons. This time we always made sure we were back on our deck. Watching the sunset from there was just amazing. As I mentioned before we do villa rentals 3 or 4 times a year. Compared to the others we have rented this has to be both our favourite and the best value for money we have found. I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone.

“Just a very lovely clean home - nothing you will find to complai” We just stayed there for 10 nights for our honeymoon and it was very lovely. So many nice details around the house, very clean, nothing seems to be old or used too much. Everything you will need .. you will find it there. We used the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a supermarket with a 7 min. drive - you will find everything there. Our favorite beach was at Cap Juluca hotel - it is approx. 20-25 min drive by car. The view from the house is beautiful. If this was not our honeymoon, we would have loved to bring frieds as this house is really big for two. Shelah came about every other day to clean the whole house, put new towels and clean sheets. She did a really good job - nothing to complain about. She also took care of our laundry once and helped us with a trip to Sandy Island. We had a chef one night cooking delicious crayfish - he knew where to find everything. It was a great evening. If you have any questions, you can contact me! Too sad I have to write this review now as it means that this wonderful vacation is over already :-( but I loved every minute of it! Will never forget it and hopefully come back one day!
