Ty Cuddfan has a large decking area for enjoying the afternoon sun and the vibrant surrounding plant and animal life. Chickens and pigs feed nearby and red kites can often be seen playing and hunting in the sky above. You will find Ty Cuddfan to be equipped with modern and convenient appliances, WiFi, TV/DVD Player, Dishwasher and Washing Machine, BBQ and plenty of charm! Perfectly suited to a couple, Ty Cuddfan is a cosy and comfortable home away from home nestled in a beautiful and peaceful environment.
Our welcoming family farm is a perfect place to get away from it all. Set in the heart of the beautiful Welsh countryside, it is quiet and peaceful. It is also just a stone’s throw from one of the most beautiful coastlines in the UK. Whether you would like to take a stroll in our woodland or vegetable garden, spend time with the menagerie of farm animals, take a trip to the beach or relax in your private courtyard, there’s something here for everyone.
Bronhaul Farm is perfectly situated for exploring what Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire have to offer. To the West are the beaches of Pembrokeshire. Tenby, Amroth and Pendine are all close by, while a little further afield are Newgale, St. Davids and Freshwater West (location for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Robin Hood). To the East are the equally stunning beaches of the Gower Peninsula. Take a walk in the National Botanic Gardens of Wales, the Preseli Hills or the Brecon Beacons, which offer varying levels of scenery and exursion! Bluestone, Oakwood Leisure Park and Heatherton are all within a half-hour's drive, and offer a fun day out for the whole family. Take a step back in history, and visit nearby Manorbier, Kidwelly, Carew and Pembroke Castles, or take a scenic stroll along the estuary in Laugharne, to the historic home of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. We can point you in the direction of great cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby, and our welcome booklet should provide a comprehensive guide to what Bronhaul Farm Cottages and the surrounding area has to offer.
One recent development on the farm is the installation off the wood-burning boiler system and the solar hot water panels. As of August 2012, the whole farm, including all of the self catering cottages, are heated, and have their hot water provided, by wood from our sustainably managed woodland. We are also working hard to develop pathways and recreation areas so that guests can enjoy the woodland aswell.
Our guest testimonials tell the story of the peace and escapism that can be found here at Bronhaul. We welcome you to come and stay with us, to sample the farm life, and to relax from the moment you arrive.TripAdvisor property ID 3252834...Read more
