Description
The property is a semi-detached weaver's cottage, dating from 1868 and fully modernised in 2012. It has a lounge with dining table. There is a large flatscreen TV with Freeplay, video recorder and blueray DVD player. Free Wifi is provided, There is a fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, double oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is one large bedroom with a superking bed, which can be 2 singles on request, and an adjoining utility/cloakroom, containing wash-hand basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes providing hanging and drawer space. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, WC and wash-hand basin. A hairdryer and iron and ironing board are also provided. The property has a large secure garden with patio and the garden shed contains garden furniture and a gas-fired BBQ. Carnoustie is an ideal location for family holidays, golfers, walkers and as a base for visiting historic towns in the Angus area.

“Great place to Stay”
Perfectly located for the golf club.Very clean and everything you can need. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook it next time i am playing at Carnoustie.

“Lovely cottage”
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very clean and everything was high quality - from the kitchen and equipment to the towels, duvets etc. Definitely recommend!

“Great base.”
The cottage exceeded expectation; everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay was provided. We didn't cook full meals, using it as a base for hosting relatives visiting from abroad and meeting up with other family members who live nearby. However the kitchen was as well equipped as the rest of the cottage. Conveniently situated for local amenities, we would be happy to return to this holiday let on another visit to the area in the future.
