A small, quiet and cosy B&B;, with bed rooms. 1 x double (ensuite) room, 1 x twin-bedded (ensuite) room. Each room has wireless internet, hospitality trays, satellite tv, digital alarm clock, electric blankets (winter), hairdryer and ironing board/iron on request. We also provide free off-road car parking and a secure yard (ideal for guests with motorcycles and bicycles etc). A separate guest lounge is also available. We offer freshly cooked breakfasts sourced from local producers and our meats come from our local butcher.

Situated conveniently on the outskirts of the old historic town of Carrickfergus in a nice residential area on the main A2 coast road, approx 12 miles north of Belfast City, (15/20 min drive).
Giants Causeway only 63 miles (1.20hr drive).
Londonderry only 73 miles away (1.50hr drive).
Restaurants, Shops, Castle, Promenade and Marina all within walking distance.
Downshire Halt is only a short 10 min walk and the train brings you right into Central Station in Belfast or further if you wish! Ideal for visiting the sights and attractions of Belfast City or shop till you drop in the many shops there. Also, buses pass front of house. Timetables are available for both!
We have several golf courses nearby, seaside walks and many other amenities are available.
Carrickfergus is the oldest and most historic seaside town in Northern Ireland and steeped in a past of over 800 eventful years!! The earliest known name of the area was Carrigna Fhearghus named after the drowned King Fergus!
