Description
The 4 bedroom house Peral Cas Concos is located in Cas Concos, a pretty small village with local shops, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a few cafeterias and restaurants. The towns of Felanitx and Santanyí are approx. 10 minutes drive away. They offer shops, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and a bustling weekly market –Felanitx Sunday morning and Santanyí Wednesdays and Saturdays-. Approx. 20/25 minutes drive away you have the Natural Park Mondrago -with beautiful sandy beaches-, Porto Colom, Cala Santanyí, and the well-know tourist resort Cala D'Or with many restaurants, shops, several sandy coves
Peral Cas Concos is a new construction two-storey house that enjoys a lot of natural light. It has been tastefully furnished with a fresh style, From the hall there is access to the open living/dining room that has access to the pool area. The kitchen that is well equipped counts with a small breakfast table and a larder. A side door takes to the pool area and another to the utility area where the washing machine is. The ground floor has also a twin bedroom and a separated shower room. A stair takes to the first floor. From the landing there is access onto a terrace, an ideal private spot to relax, sunbathe or read your favourite book. This floor has three more bedrooms; double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a separated bathroom -one of the twins has access to the terrace-.
The living room have air conditioned cold/warm with a limited and fixed timetable (12.00h to 17.00h.).
The bedrooms have air conditioned cold/warm with a limited and fixed timetable (22.00h. to 09.00h.).
At back of the house there is a pool with steps (pool size 5m. x 3m Depth min. 1.0m. max 1.40m), surrounded by a small terrace with sun beds; perfect to refresh during the long summery days. There is also a table, chairs and a brick barbecue to enjoy “al fresco” meals.
