Charming villa for holidays in Ischia (Ischia).
Furnished, equipped with every comfort with ample terrace, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, SATELLITE TV included, on request air conditioning.
All on a surface of about 130 sqm. The apartment is located in a residential area, surrounded by flowers and plants typical of the Mediterranean, just 5 minutes ' walk from the famous Terme Backer, shops, cafes, boutiques, gardens with a large and well-stocked supermarket and a short distance from the beach.
The apartment's location is also convenient for those who do not travel by car. The bus stop is only 50 m from the entrance of the House. In addition, the quaint town centre is a short walk from the House.
A truly comfortable, as well as pleasant and relaxing!

“Ischia's Best Hidden Gem”
Casa Vacanza is a treasure. Nello and his family made this vacation an extraordinary experience that speaks volumes of Italian's warmth and hospitality. The apartment is comfortable, clean, filled with beautiful light and spacious. Location is a convenient, just up a hill from the port of Casamicciola. With our host's help, we secured a great car rental and were able to tour the island very easily. Before arrival, they contacted us to make sure we would have a cab scheduled to pick us up and get us to the house, since we were scheduled for a late night arrival. When we got to the house, we found a homemade tomato sauce that Caterina had prepared for us - with pasta ready to cook and fresh buffalo mozzarella. The patio is fantastic. The house sits above the owners residence. They were discreet and welcoming, always ready to share tips and the best places to go. We only stayed there 8 days, but the Di Maio's truly helped us have the best experience. I will go back in a heartbeat!! Un posto e una famiglia fantastica. Non fatevela scappare, ma lasciateci un pochino di disponibilita', perche vogliamo tornare presto!
