Description
Bougainvillea is a completely renovated duplex apartment in Cascais, situated ten minutes walk from the town center, train station, beaches, restaurants and shopping. Served by many buses to all destinations, including Sintra which is only 20 km away. Nearby we have beautiful beaches like Guincho and Carcavelos, suitable for water sports such as surfing (in both beaches have international surf competitions with the biggest sports names). Cascais is surrounded by extraordinarily beautiful golf courses, all within 15 kilometers. In the town center may ask bicycles free of charge to explore the surrounding area. On the beaches you can go canoeing, pedal boating and make paddle surfing, and water skiing and boating. The apartment has a terrace, very nice on warm summer nights. Inside we have a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds and a full bathroom. On the ground floor we have a fire iron. The apartment has cable TV and wi-fi. The property is fully furnished and equipped, and has bed linen and towels for guests. Within five minutes walk there is all kinds of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, cafes, restaurants, etc. Casa Bougainvillea is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children (under 6 years) since access to the upper floor is via a spiral staircase, which could bring difficulties in operation.
