Description
Between city and nature, beach and mountain, the Villa is located in Areia a neighborhood of Cascais.
Areia Village also popular for its gastronomy with 6 restaurantes at walking distance at 1.5km from the famous Praia do Guincho. Roughly 30minute walk.
Spread over two floors the villa is furnished with a light taste and some sea ornaments.
The ground floor; entrace hall, dinning area and tv room - cable TV, guest WC, fully equipped kitchen and a varanda overlooking the swimming pool.
The upper floor; 2 double rooms, ( one being on suite bathroom), 1 room with twin beds and 1 family bathroom.

We have a cozy garden and terrace areas for those who smoke but please refrain from smoking in the house.
Keep the house clean and tidy as we always need to prepare for the next guest like yourselves.
There are neighbours, please respect them by keeping the noise to a reasonable level, though they are very tolerant, I do not want to upset them.

“Beautiful house in excellent location”
This is a lovely house with everything you could want for a holiday. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The village of Areia looks quiet but has several restaurants plus shops and a café. The beach is also within walking distance. Although you might need a car for some outings we used the bus on a few occasions to get into Cascais and then the train on to Lisbon. A great holiday! “Beautiful home, wonderful hosts”
Paula and Luiz were so welcoming providing treats for the kids and a few snacks. The house is lovely with a really homely feel and has everything you need. It’s a short drive to the town and the beach, there’s a couple of restaurants in walking distance. We all had a wonderful time!
