Large independent apartment on two floors in an old farmhouse with panoramic views of the hills. The apartment comprises the ground floor of a spacious living room with kitchen and passage room, small bathroom (toilet and sink) and first floor master bedroom and bathroom. In sharing with other possible guests ample outdoor spaces and covered loggia with pizza oven. Each apartment has, however, in the garden of a private outdoor area with table and chairs. Farmhouse in sex there is another large room with private bathroom and another apartment. The house is secluded in the countryside and this assures privacy, silence and contact with nature. The surrounding houses and the small town are within a few hundred meters. Two kilometers away are shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers, petrol station and everything necessary. The location of the cottage is ideal for visiting the heart of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra etc. are within reach and can be the destination of your day trips. A few minutes drive is the ancient village of Lari, with its beautiful castle and in 15 minutes you will arrive to Casciana spas where you can spend a pleasant day immersed in the warm waters of the outdoor pool surrounded by green lawns. After returning you can enjoy the silence and the relaxing serenity of the countryside. Note The house is secluded in the countryside and this assures privacy, silence and contact with nature. The surrounding houses and the small town are within a few hundred meters. Two kilometers away are shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers, petrol station and everything necessary. You can reach quickly (10/15 min) many typical villages of the Tuscan countryside. just a few minutes you will find the thermal baths of Casciana Terme, the ancient village of Lari, with its beautiful castle, restaurants and pizzerias. Pisa is 30 minutes and Florence in an hour. In 40 minutes you reach the sea. Also Lucca, Volterra, Siena and other places tantussime notes can be maeta of excursions to do during the day. After returning you can enjoy the silence and the relaxing serenity of the countryside IMPORTANT NOTE: E 'need to have a car to reach the house. The last 500 meters require a bit of attention because the road is unpaved and (especially in the case of recent rains) could have the bottom a little rough
