L'appartamento (mq110 fino a 12 posti letto) molto caratteristico, con pareti in mattone a vista, caminetto, stufa a legna. Prospetta sulla corte ed ha davanti un bel portico di 30 mq.
All'interno due camere matrimoniali, divano letto e letti aggiunti su necessità , un bagno, una grande cucina e un ampio salone dalle particolari travi colorate come l’arcobaleno, impianto HiFi a 4 vie.
In un paesaggio di colline e campi con vasti spazi aperti verso il mare in lontananza Casale Civetta è inserita in un parco alberato con sentieri che si articolano per piccole passeggiate interne interrotte da punti si sosta con tavoli in pietra.
Ampi spazi aperti, pavimentati con mattoni dove poter camminare a piedi nudi.
Una piscina panoramica sulle colline e le chiome degli alberi.
Un laboratorio di scultura del tufo.
Una biblioteca ricavata dalla ex serra, luminosa e piena di libri d'arte, storia e sulle Marche.
