L'appartement « la Maison de Rosette » est situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Santa Maria di Castellabate, à quelques mètres des magnifiques plages, de l'avenue et de la place principale du village. Son emplacement stratégique le rend un choix idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de la tranquillité et la beauté des lieux sans pour autant sacrifier le confort et la vivacité de la vie du village.
«La Maison de Rosette» est accessible en voiture et offre à ses hôtes un parking gratuit, où laisser la voiture et rejoindre à pied les principaux sites touristiques.
Son emplacement central est aussi idéal pour ceux qui voyagent à pied et désirent s'y rendre en transport en commun : notre village est en effet bien relié à la gare et aux arrêts de bus pour rejoindre les plus beaux endroits du Cilento et de la Campanie.
L'appartement, récemment réaménagé, rénové et décoré avec goût, offre à ses clients la possibilité d'un moment de relax et de confort ainsi qu'une cour extérieure privée équipée avec table et chaises, où vous pourrez lire, manger et vous détendre à l'air libre.
«La Maison de Rosette» (maximum 4 personnes) dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre à coucher silencieuse et confortable, d'une salle de séjour avec canapé convertible en deux lits, salle de bains avec douche, sèche-cheveux, set de linge de maison, WI-FI gratuit, TV, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, fer et table à repasser. Cour extérieure privée. Parking.

Conditions de réservation et de paiement:
Les tarifs à la semaine sont invariables. Le tarif à la nuitée (selon saison) va de 25 à 30 euros pour hôte (max. 4 hôtes enfants inclus).
-l'appartement est disponible de 16h00 le jour d'arrivée à 11h00 le jour du départ ; lors de la réservation un acompte de 25 % du total est requis, à transmettre par virement bancaire. Les données pour le virement seront communiquées au moment de la réservation. Le restant du montant doit être réglé lors de l'arrivée.
Notre appartement est situé au cœur du Parc National de Cilento, un territoire d'une beauté et d'une qualité de vie très rares et qui concilie un patrimoine architectural et environnemental inestimable, une offre touristique et culturelle particulièrement riche toute comme d'exceptionnelles conditions de vie et des services pour le citoyen. Vous y trouverez des oasis naturelles, des sites archéologiques, la beauté, la tranquillité et le climat idéals de la côte du Tirreno, l'ensemble de la faune et la flore méditerranéenne dans l'harmonie des collines, des vallées, des falaises et des l'îles, de la campagne et de la mer, où pratiquer les sports et les activités plus diverses.
A' tout cela s'ajoute la position doublement privilégiée de notre maison : aux pieds de la colline où se trouve la belle ville médiévale de Castellabate, parmi les plus belles en Italie ainsi qu'elle est reconnue 'Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO', l'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Santa Maria di Castellabate, village très vivant au bord de la mer, aux plages magnifiques aussi qu'aux eaux 'Bandiera Blu' (Pavillon Bleu, symbole d'une qualité environnementale exemplaire), à seulement quelques minutes de marche.
Ces caractéristiques rendent notre maison le lieu idéal pour passer de belles journées à la plage aussi que des agréables soirées (calmes et vives à la fois) dans notre village, riche de beaux sites architectoniques, attractions et services, sans forcement avoir à se servir des transports publics ou de la voiture. Santa Maria est l'endroit idéal où séjourner pendant vos vacances, ne se déplaçant qu'occasionnellement pour des visites guidées ou des excursions. Vous pourrez facilement rejoindre en transports publics ou en voiture Castellabate, l'île de Licosa, les baies et le promontoire de Punta Tresino, San Marco et son port grecque-romain, les beaux villages de Acciaroli Pollica, Palinuro et ses grottes marines et falaises, Paestum et sa colonie de grecque-romaine, les villages pittoresques du cilento, toutes les plus belles stations balnéaires aussi que et les localités de montagne du Parc National du Vallo di Diano et des Alburni, avec leurs paysages suggestifs.
