Description

Rocche di Valiano is an ancient village situated in the heart of Chianti area near Siena.

The structure, completely surrounded by olives groves, enjoys a spectacular view of the typical Tuscany landscape made by sweet hills and of the vast vineyards.

The recent renovation doesn’t have altered the Rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings.

The apartments are furnished with a full equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and satellite tv.

Instead the wonderful swimming pool with whirlpool inside (21,00m. x 7,00m. depth. 1,50-1,70) is of common use for all apartments.

There is no front desk service. Guests will be contacted by email to check in online.

L'appartment is on two floors.On the first floor there is a large living room, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two double bedroom, in one a sofa bed single and one big bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large private garden with shadow and it is close to the parking lot.

The customer will find on site the kit of bathroom products (hand soap, shower and underwear, toilet paper) and one for the kitchen (2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags).

In the living room there is one sofa convertible in a double bed

Nel Glicine possiamo aggiungere al letto matrimoniale anche la poltrona letto singola senza problemi. Quindi nella stanza troveranno un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Al piano terra poi eventualmente ci sono un divano letto matrimoniale e una poltrona letto singola.

La seconda camera da letto la lasceremo una matrimoniale classica.

L appartamento è esposto in parte ad est, col sorgere del sole e in parte a sud. Anche il giardino bello ampio e con pergola attrezzato con tavolo sedie ed eventualmente due lettini prendi sole.

Il giardino è privato alla casa. Vi si accede dal soggiorno. È rivolto verso sud e ha un albero in mezzo. È previsto di pergola ombreggiate e un tavolo con sedie.
