Description
This property is the at 1st floor of a two floors house with the view of the sea and the marina just 50 meters. It consists of living room with 2 beds , bathroom, a double room and a large kitchen. The apartment is situated in the center of village of Rio Marina on the Island of Elba, close to all useful shops and near to the small beaches of Rio Marina. So you can relax in the shade of the airy house or have a fresh bath in the azure waters of our sea. In the evening, you make a stroll along the "Spiazzi promenade" in the lively, but still picturesque center for ice cream or pizza dinner.

Response from the owner Mi spiace per il caldo ma nell'offerta ed in base al prezzo non forniamo ne' ventilatore ne' altri sistemi di condizionamento. Preciso che oltre al bagno anche la cucina è ristrutturata ed i mobili anche se non nuovissimi sono funzionali per chi viene in vacanza e sono giustificati dal prezzo. Per quanto riguarda i rumori, essendo l'appartamento in pieno centro, come indicato nel profilo, sono giustificati nel periodo estivo, e la musica a mezzanotte cessa. Voglio ricordare inoltre che i prezzi offerti sono molto inferiori a quelli praticati normalmente a Rio Marina e la metà di quelli del resto dell'Elba per il periodo

Response from the owner Non credo che le osservazioni della Signora Antonietta abbiano molto senso in quanto si tratta di una casa che per la pulizia, per il mobilio, che non ė di recupero ma antico, e per il prezzo ė fin troppo bella. La invito a verifocare con i prezzi correnti per l'Elba. In genere chi viene all'Elba viene per visitarla e non per stare a casa.
