Best Long Weekend Break

Left on Dec 19, 2009 for a stay in November 2009

A Really great place to stay out in the middle of the country, quite and peaceful. A really warm and welcoming comfortable cottage, with everything you could need. Shrewsbury is a great place to visit for the history and the architecture. Telford for a great shopping centre. Another Great Place to visit is Ironbridge. Overall a Great Break away from City Life

Very comfortable

Left on May 31, 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We had a lovely stay in Minister House. The beds were very comfortable, decor tasteful and it was well equipped.

Location convenient for visiting family in the Midlands and lots of touristy places too.

It helped to have a designated parking spot. The Pub next door was a bit loud a few nights but stopped at 10.

Great restaurants in walking distance.

Thanks Jackie.

Pretty village location.

Left on Dec 02, 2009 for a stay in April 2008

I can't actually remember which month I stayed here.
I liked the layout very much. It was spacious and interesting. The owner was away however and I returned one afternoon to find the cleaners there. They thought I had left. (the owner did not apologise for this intrusion.)
The bedroom is below ground level so has a dampish smell, but with heaters and electric blanket I was warm enough.I liked …

What a treat!

Lovely cottage, great location.

Left on Jun 18, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Perfect cottage for two. Everything you need and refurbished to a high standard. Near centre of town but down a quiet alley so very peaceful. Wifi, TV, small kitchen and great shower. Only negative is parking in Ludlow which is a bit of a pain but cheap car park (Smithfield) is a five minute walk away and you can park in the street outside overnight. (Between 4pm and 10am)

Great little cottage

Left on Aug 24, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Great little cottage. It was a bit more isolated than we expected (a car is essential as no local amenities) but the owners have made the most of it and provided every comfort you could want. The hot tub was a big hit with our kids (6 & 9) and was used everyday and, as we were the only people staying on the farm, did not have to book a slot.

Perfection.........

Left on Sep 20, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We booked this cottage to get away from our home town, so we can relax and forget all our worries at home. And this is exactly what we got a cottage in the middle of nowhere. Closest village 6miles away. So you are able to venture out still but you also have the chance to stay in, watch tv or DVD, read a book etc.

The evenings were lovely. Patio outside so on a few nights we ate outside.
