Response from the owner The Condo has use of the Pool in Club Ultima and a phenomenal Gym. While it is not in our building, it is in our sister Building Club Ultima. And its available for your use. Its a very short distance 3 blocks walk which is great to warm up for your work out or your swim. In our pictures you can view the Pool and full fitness center we are associated with.

Response from the owner We do have a gym and pool, but its not in our immediate building. The gym and pool are located in our sister building Club Ultima. Its a short 3 block walk to the fitness center and Pool and depicted in our photos as open to people who stay in my unit.
