in Cecina (LI), Costa degli Etruschi (Tuscany, Italy), flat on the 2nd and last floor of the historic building placed in via O.Marrucci 69, recently and fully renovated, with the typical "Tuscan" characteristics (Roof wooden beams, rafters, sandblasted, ...) consists of: living / dining room with kitchenette and sofa / bed for 2 people + bathroom + bedroom with a queen; the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Summer rentals ONLY = weekly (from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning). For the rest of the year = free check in and check out. The sea (Cecina Marina) is about 2 km., With free beaches and beaches, extensive pine forests, "AcquaPark" ... Cecina is a small town with all the services and amenities, restaurants, shops and everything else, and it is located away from: 110 km from Florence, 90 km from Siena, 60 km from Pisa (and its airport), 35 km from Volterra, 35 km from Livorno (and its harbor / ferry), 10 km the "White Beaches", 50 km from Piombino (boarding to Elba Island); so great location for both go to the beach, but also to visit the famous art cities of Tuscany, the countryside, the vineyards and anything nice that Tuscany has to offer to all of you! Cecina is well connected by public transport (bus, train station). If you come by car, you can park the front of the building, along the way, but there is also public parking a few meters. Arriving at the airport "Galileo Galilei" of Pisa, from there you take the shuttle train that goes to the Pisa railway station, where from there, take the train to Cecina. Arriving in Livorno by boat or ferry, the bus goes to the train station, and from there and take the train to Cecina (but also there is also bus service from Livorno to Cecina, which passes along the coast) .L 'accommodation is complete with sink + gas stove + oven + fridge / freezer; and also of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans ... It is equipped with bed linen, bath linen and kitchen towels (but, upon request, we can fornirveli. € 30 for final cleaning. Nop animals, no smoking.

Ottima posizione! L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti in macchina dal mare. L'appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato, Andrea super disponibile e gentile!
