Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. There are also a washing machine ,two air fan, TV and free Wi-Fi Internet.

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and external footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

The price includes:

-Consumption of Water, Electricity, Gas ,WI-FI Internet and Air Conditioning

- Bed linen and towels

-Final Cleaning

The train station of Campofelice is just 300 meters' walk from the villa. Several bars and restaurants can be found within 400 meters on the promenade. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters from the villa.

You will find a friendly, hospitable, simple and reliable environment throughout your stay where you will be given all the information and useful advice on places, events and events in order to spend a wonderful holiday according to your needs
