Description
A house for TWO, as it should be! Remote location on a large plot with lawns, trees and a fish pond. It is massively built as a studio, waiting with an excellent room climate. External blinds in front of all windows provide a desired security. The interior is bright and modern, with large windows support the friendly character of the house hervorrragend. Comfortable relaxing chair and a sufficiently large 94er flat screen TV and a stereo system nothing to be desired. Oh, the big double bed is of very good quality and will surely delight our guests. The dining area along with fully Rapporteur kitchen and a sufficiently large shower round out the good impression. The house is reached via a few steps in front of the house or even wheelchair-friendly with no obstacles on the Gartenzuwegung well. A fortified vehicle parking is available. The entire outdoor area can be used by our guests, of course, a small and a larger seating area with chairs, loungers and a parasol at the house invite you to linger and relax. A barbecue can always be provided. Before the holiday home, the Alvernsche stream winds past towards Aller on small Rhododendron Park. Here you can start walking or cycling directly into nature and just enjoy. Who also something familiar in nature, will surely discover the black stork or the brook the kingfisher. But the rather rare in our part of the hawk u. U. to spot. Not to vergesssen our "Dorfrehe" who have their territory almost in front of the house.
