Description
Eleni Villa is a two storey villa, built on the top of a hill, 3km away from the long, sandy beach of Stalos. The surrounding hills create a beautiful landscape, while the sun sparkles on the Cretan Sea at the north. At Pano Stalos, a peaceful small village, you can find everything that you may need (mini markets, restaurants, bakery).
Kato Stalos is a touristic area with many restaurants, beach bars and a blue flag flying on the beautiful beach. The most impressing part of villa's paved garden is the semi-covered swimming pool that hangs on the cliff. In one corner of the pool there is a jacuzzi area. Under the wooden pergola you will find a barbecue, a sink, wooden table and chairs and everything
necessary to prepare and taste a delicious meal. Both levels have balconies with panoramic view to the hills, the sea and the city of Chania. Around the garden, there are many garden sets where you can seat and relax. The villa is built on two levels. The main entrance is on the upper level, which consists of a sunlit sitting/dining area, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. The double bedroom has a mezzanine floor with a single bed, a wardrobe room and an ensuite bathroom.
Stairs lead to the lower floor and to a second sitting / dining area and another open plan kitchen. Moreover, on this floor there are two more twin bedrooms and one more double bedroom. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have TV, balconies and are air-conditioned.

“Nice - but not quite to expectations”
The house is situated furthest down of three levels, houses connected with outside stairs/terraces. Nice view but further from the beach than what the Google-map-position showed us. (Hope they have improved that, ask for coordinates) The pool was small, and mostly in the shadows - so not very popular with the kids (cold). We were lucky the house above us was empty, and the owner allowed us to use the larger pool, in the sun. That saved the family-vacation! Some water-leakages in bathrooms, and dripping sounds from pool-area above. Else a very nice spot and nice house, tiny roads but charming area!
