Description

The house consists of two floors total of 150 square meters, which can accommodate comfortably up to 8 people. On the lower floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, washer piaton.Kathos there bath and a bedroom with two built beds, a double and a single. Also in the same area it is also a seating area with sofas and a TV with satellite channels. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Comfortable and spacious living room with satellite TV and wood burning stove, large terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding mountains. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a loft that can accommodate one person, while the second bedroom has two single beds. All areas are air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire areas. The house has a garden of 1300 sq.m with grass on several levels, trees and flowers. It also has a dining area, outdoor living rooms, fully equipped playground and private outdoor heated pool 45 sq.m with umbrellas and sunbeds. The villa is located 6 km. from the beach and close to famous beaches Elafonisi which is 40 km away, Falassarna Balos 23chlm.kai 25 km. A short distance away is Platanias, Kolimbari and Kissamos.
