Additional Location Information

One off-street parking space is available for the use of our guests, but a car is not necessary to enjoy the sights, shopping, restaurants and activities offered in downtown Charleston during your stay at the Sarah Clifford Guest House. We are located within a couple of blocks of Marion Square, The Gaillard Auditorium, the South Carolina Aquarium, Liberty Square, the Aiken-Rhett House Museum, the Charleston Museum, the Joseph Manigault House, the active Upper King restaurant and shopping area, lower King shopping and the Charleston Visitor's Center. Starbucks and a dry cleaners are even a half of a block away, with a Harris-Teeter grocery store within easy walking distance! If you desire a nice morning or afternoon run with a view, we are close enough to the Ravenel Bridge for a scenic run or walk right where the Cooper River Bridge Run is held in early April each year.
Sullivan's Island is the closest beach, about a 15 minutes or less drive away.
The Sarah Clifford Guest House offers you luxurious accommodations and top-quality amenities on a quiet, tree-lined street within a few short blocks of the places you'll most want to visit!
