Additional Location Information

This cape home offers lots of space for your family. 3/4 mile to Pleasant Bay Beach, 1 minute walk to Ryder’s Cove boat yard, few minutes walk to tennis courts and newly opened portion of Cape Cod bike trail, 5 minutes drive to town center, 2 minutes drive to baseball field - home of the Chatham A's. Best of all - a bakery serving home made donuts! A kids playground is a 2 minute drive away.
Our home is a great jumping off point for exploring Chatham and nearby towns. Some of the things we do from our home: jump on our bikes and ride the Cape Cod bike trail (accessible on our street); bike into town and get an ice cream; jog or ride to the tennis courts; relax and watch the Chatham A's; stroll along the beach at Pleasant Bay and look in rock pools, go for a cocktail at the Chatham Bars Inn Beach Bar.....and much more! Enjoy your vacation at our family-friendly home away from home.
Chatham town itself is very walkable and offers numerous restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. On Chatham’s main street, you'll find nearly one mile of small shops, boutiques and cafés that everyone will enjoy. There is an annual festival of the arts in Chatham in mid August which showcases arts and crafts from the area and beyond. The Orpheum Theater offers the small town movie theater experience and a great cafe.
There are many opportunities for water sports on the Cape including sailboarding, windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding. There are seal watch tours from Chatham and whale watching from Hyannis or Provincetown.
