Renting an apartment of 60 m2 fully furnished, including 1 large dining room / living room with sofa bed, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 2 balconies equipped.

Fully equipped you will have at your disposal all necessary kitchen (fridge / freezer, stove / gas, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee filter and pod, toaster, kettle), storage space, of crockery, bed linen and appliances (washing machine with integrated dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer) and household products.

Special care has been taken to the comfort (all beds are equipped with mattress topper shape memory), as security for that (see Photos).

The apartment is also equipped with WiFi and cable, so you can view national and international channels on the flat-screen TV lounge. In the heart of Val d'Europe, this apartment is on the 2nd floor, with elevator, in a quiet high standing building with concierge and a private garden.

A large private parking space (4m wide) in the basement of the building will also be available.

Onsite need your car. A few steps from the apartment (200m) you will find grocery stores and shopping space Val d'Europe & Village Valley (see pictures and maps), Cap fitness center Tonic, Sea Life Aquarium, spa Val d'Europe, and over 30 restaurants.

Everything is ready to welcome you and make you a wonderful stay at Disneyland Marne-la-Vallée with, in addition, ease of access to central Paris with the RER.

A Particular care has-been taken for comfort (all beddings are equipped with memory foam mattress topper), as well as for security (see Photos).

The apartment est equipped with Wi-Fi and cable, you can watch national and international channels on the flat-screen television lounge. In the heart of Val d'Europe this apartment is on the 2nd floor, with lift, in a quiet building of high standing with a porter and a private garden.

A large parking space closed (4 m wide) in the basement of the building will be at your disposal aussi.

On-site, no more need of your car. A few meters from the apartment (200 m), you will find food stores and shopping space Val d'Europe & Valley Village (see photos and maps), fitness center Tonic Cape, Sea Life Aquarium, Val spa center of Europe, as well as more than 30 restaurants.

Everything is ready to welcome you and make you a wonderful holiday at Disneyland Marne - la - Vallée with, in addition, a wide easy access in 35 minutes to the center of Paris with the RER.

Proche de toutes les facilités, RER, centre commercial val d'Europe à deux pas ét d'une belle place disposant de commerces et restaurants etc....à un arrêt de Disney et Paris centre à 35 min en RER. L' appartement est très pratique, confortable et dispose d'entrée et parking sécurisés,idéal pour séjour en famille ou entre amis et dispose de toutes les commodités , les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très disponibles afin que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible.
