A beautifully furnished, detached two bedroom villa with private garden. Situated in a quiet private road with security gate and guard.Conveniently located approx. 10 minutes drive from both the city centre and the airport, and just 5 minutes drive to Central Festival, Chiang Mai's premier shopping mall. Fully equipped with very high quality furniture and fittings throughout. The lounge and dining area opens out to a verandah where guests can relax in the shade or sunshine during the day and enjoy the spectacular starlit skies at night. For stays of more than 14 days, the owner will be pleased to advise special long-term rates.Ideally located in a quiet and exclusive moo baan on the east side of the city just off the middle ring road and next to the grounds of Payap University. Enjoys the tranquility of a home in the countryside, yet is ideally located for all local amenities and tours throughout the greater Chiang Mai region. Regular cleaning services and fresh linen provided.Luxury mini bus with excellent English speaking Thai driver, who knows all of the local places of interest, available on request.(N.B. The villa sleeps 4, but there is a separate adjoining larger detached villa also available on request to the owner - which sleeps 9 - to provide total accommodation for a party of up to 13.)
