Description
The House is located in the countryside about 10 miles from Chiaramonte Gulfi, in 350mt above sea level and with a wide panoramic view, is a residence built in 1902 and renovated recently, from the veranda at your disposal all year round you can admire the sunset, you can taste wine and oil of our production, fruit of our garden and vegetable garden, all produced in biological way.
Pristine hill behind the House is always nice walk in search of oregano, asparagus and wild plants, going up the Hill at an hour walk you can reach a site of ancient and Saracens olive one of Sicily's most spectacular oak.
To 1 km you will find a supermarket and a pizzeria. During the summer in neighboring districts are held several festivals. On request we organize trips (with qualified personnel) to Pantalica nature, Cava Ispica, Noto Antica, Mount Etna and other sites of South-eastern Sicily, guided tours of Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli and places of the famous Tv series ' sex and the city ' and horseback riding. It is also possible to organize evenings with live music, times music knowledge and folk dances typical of the Sicilian tradition (a cura dell'associazione E-motion Dance).
The rooms are around 4:-The Millicuccu and the Carrubbo are two small houses consisting of a first environment that houses the kitchen, dining table and a sofa; a bathroom and a bedroom on the Loft. If the sofa becomes a bed for 1 and a half square.
-The olive tree and the Apple trees are two double rooms with bathrooms. It is possible to enjoy in common of the kitchen of the house owner. Is it possible to add extra beds.
