Description
L'appartamento Cappero è situato in una delle aree rurali più suggestive di Chiaramonte Gulfi, piccolo paese di collina in provincia di Ragusa.
L'appartamento descritto è il primo di altri 5, si trovano tutti gli uni accanto all'altro ma sono indipendenti quindi ogni cottage ha il proprio patio, tavolo e sedie da esterno, portoncino di ingresso, cucina, soggiorno, bagno e camera da letto.
Lo spazio esterno è condiviso ed è composto da ampio giardino, piscina a sfioro e con idromassaggio, solarium dotato di lettini e ombrelloni, zona barbecue e forno a legna, parcheggio interno.
L'intera struttura si trova a circa 430 metri s.l.m e possiede un incantevole panorama dal quale si possono ammirare le verdi colline dei Monti Iblei, il piccolo paese di Chiaramonte Gulfi arroccato tra i monti, la campagna ragusana e il mare.
L'appartamento Cappero, in particolare, è composto da due piani dei quali il pianterreno è dedicato:
- alla zona giorno composta da soggiorno e cucina a 4 fuochi attrezzata di tutti gli utensili di prima necessità e frigo-congelatore da 240 litri, da un divano letto (1 piazza ½);
- bagno, particolare attenzione è stata riservata allo specchio a parete e alla cabina doccia rigorosamente in vetro;
- una prima camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio, cassettiera e comodini;
- un'elegante scala in legno artigianale porta ad un soppalco, dallo stile sobrio e minimalista, in cui è collocata una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale anch'essa dotata di armadio, cassettiera e comodini.
(capienza massima 4 adulti e 2 bambini: 4 persone al pianterreno - è consigliabile che nel divano letto ci dormano i bambini - 2 persone sul soppalco).
Il cottage è dotato di 3 condizionatori (uno per ogni singolo ambiente), wi-fi, tavolo e sedie da interno, madia moderna di colore bianco.
Ad uso comune ci sono anche lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie.
La struttura si trova a pochi chilometri dall'area attrezzata demaniale "Arcibessi Mangiameli" dove ci sono tavoli e panche in legno, area barbecue, fontanelle, una serie di vialetti realizzati con lo stile costruttivo tipico ragusano (muretti in pietra a secco), servizi igienici, un’area faunistica con daini diverse specie di uccelli e con caprette tibetane e un laghetto dedicato all’allevamento delle oche e di anatre.
I Monti Iblei, che circondano la struttura, sono diventati oggi una meta molto ambita per gli amanti di Montain Bike, Trekking, Parapendio e Rally automobilistico.
La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti delle Mountain Bike per esplorare i dintorni.
