Located on a quiet side street, the building features a secluded back yard and garage deck. Terrific neighborhood location just one block from the Fullerton L (Red/Brown and Purple train line service). This rental balances old-world charm with modern bath and an equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a double bed. There is also a fold-out futon that comfortably sleeps 2, another sofa, and extra closet space in the living room. Wireless internet and cable TV.

In addition to the L, the Halsted bus located 3 blocks away will bring you to Greek Town and the Stadium for Blackhawks and Bulls games, and the Fullerton bus on the corner will whisk you to the lakefront, Lincoln Park Zoo and more. Wicker Park and Bucktown are easy to access by bus or a short cab ride. If you’ve brought a car, we will provide you with complimentary Zone Guest parking passes. There are also 2 pay parking garages within 2 blocks.
This is a dog friendly building and neighborhood (Wiggly Field Dog Park is 4 blocks away). Well-behaved pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a small fee. We are happy to provide a baby pak-n-play; lawn seats, coolers, grill equipment and other items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Laundry facilities are also available free of charge.

Red is a great hostess. Friendly and helpful with information about the local pizza place Lou Malnati's which we loved. The whole building is vacation rentals and we stayed in 2 of the units which worked out very well for our family. We grilled in the back yard and ate salad from the building's garden - delicious and fun. The place is clean and charming. The beds were all comfortable. The bathroom in Unit 2 is smaller than in Unit 3 which you may consider if looking at both of them. Unit 3 also has a little bigger dining area. Lincoln Park is a great neighborhood and close to many of the sights like Michigan avenue and the museums. The L station is just a block away.

We enjoyed our stay. This building is very convenient to the L train and also a Dominick's grocery - both just about a block away. We drove and had no trouble parking - only needed a sticker one night as we parked just out front.
The apartment had a lot of natural light even in winter, especially from a sky light in the bathroom. Bedrooms were on the small side but very comfortable. The living room was comfortable. Kitchen had good equipment and basics like coffee and tea.
