“Fantastic!” We recently stayed at Villa Gaya and we all loved the villa! From the moment we arrived, Marco was there to greet us and show us around and explain things to us which we all thought was great service! We also had a couple of friends staying for a couple of nights which was no problem and Marco arranged for fold out beds to be set up when they arrived. The Villa was nice and quiet and initially I was concerned about the location but it was still easy walking distance to the main part of Seminyak, close to a super market and best of all, close to a place called Sun Shoot which had fantastic cheap meals and drinks, live music some nights and the staff were lovely. Wi-fi in the villa was great and the beds were so comfortable!!. We would defiantly stay at this villa again.

“We did not want to leave this stunning peice of paradise” AMAZING! We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Anjani. The villa is stunning, beautifully set out and extremely clean. The staff were all so helpful and professional. Some of the best service I have experienced in Bali so far. You must eat in, the in house cooks prepare beautiful food and it is very reasonably priced. Ask the staff to organise a massage under the palm trees next to your beach, also a very good price. Plenty of space for families with children or even 2 families. 5 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Loved everything. We will book again and for longer next time. 6/5 stars.

“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.

“Fantasic Spot” We stayed for Six nights at Dream Haven Villa 2 in May . The Villa is in a fantastic spot. It is a short walk to all the resturants ,shops and the beach. The Villa has three large bedrooms. We liked the open plan living/dining area . It had a full equiped kitchen area if needed. The Villa had a beautiful pool area and garden. There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside. Where the Villa is located we felt very safe to walk around, It was also lovely to have your own private deck chairs on the beach. Michelle the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her staff were lovely. Nyoman was always there to help us and drive us around. He had also arranged a birthday cake for my dad while over there which was lovely. We would recommend Dream Have Villa 2. We will be back next year.

“Peaceful, delightful Balinese styled villa....” Photos and the information provided by the owner are all true and correct ! The villa is located off the main street, Jl Laksmana, Seminyak - so close to all those wonderful restaurants and boutiques. The property is amazingly quiet. We had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The mobile phone was well used to book restaurants; the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need; the outdoor shower was just lovely. The villa was very clean; housekeeping every day - thanks IDA! The support via requests for information from the owners before we left, along with the support from Dayu and her staff was great. Pool was great for a dip with the beach not too far away. I stayed here with my husband, my 19 yo daughter and her friend. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Arianna. Excellent.....

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! Thank-you an amazing holiday!

“Great Experience” We are a family of four but for this holiday my wife's mother joined us. We were lucky to find Villa Bukit, it was ideal for three adults and two children. The children slept in the room with two single beds, we had the main bedroom with the king sized bed and grandma slept in the day bed in the living room. We were offered use of the Joglo but she was happy with the day bed. The villa is spacious with plenty of places to chill out so you never feel like you are living on top of each other. The gardens are beautiful and a stark contrast to the dry surroundings. The staff are excellent and discreet and cater to special requests. It was grandma's 81st birthday and they put on a beautiful meal and decorated the patio area, it was a great evening. It is around a 900 metre walk to the beach, 800 metres to the main road with shops. My wife and grandma were happy to walk it but I hired a motorbike to transport the children back and forwards. One word of advice, if you hire a motorbike, take the in house mobile phone with you. We were very unlucky to have flat tyres on three separate occasions, one time out at the national park. A call to our house attendant had pickup for us within 45 minutes, how is that for service! All up it is an excellent villa in a peaceful area of Bali and we thoroughly recommend it to anyone, particularly a family with children.

“Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Bali bliss!!” I stayed at Villa Dewata with a group of girlfriends and simply had the most wonderful week. The location of the venue was very quiet & private yet still central to all the boutique shops & cafes. The landscape & interiors of the villa were extremely tranquil; each private rooms had plenty of space & was consistently kept very clean & tidy during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to cater for any of our needs. A great holiday!!!

“Beautiful Umalas Villias.” This place was beautiful and clean with everything you would want in a well equipped Villa. Chef was amazing. Tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You would definitely need a taxi to head to the beach or to do some shopping. But nothing was too difficult or too far away. I would highly recommend the villas. And hope to come back soon. It was so peaceful. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us tremendously. Along with her amazing staff. Which included the driver, security guards, housekeeper and chief.

“Great Villa worth every cents” the villa was superb it has all the amenities you need. When I say all the amenities I mean it ! :) Me and my 4 gf's had a blast at the villa which is located in seminyak.. no worries abt getting there Marco superb service will guide you . Staff was super friendly . Love the latest DVD and novels there.. Villa was well maintained. for future trips will not think twice abt getting the same villa. there's a nearby school there since we all ladies we feel safe alot of traffic movements there.. even the villa is really private.. around the corner theres sunset mall where you can get groceries if you feel like cooking. Seminyak central was not far also . if you love to explore alot of shops if you go by foot. THANK you Marco for your flexibility with regards to our booking ..awesome

“Oasis in Ubud” We stayed at this beautiful little villa for 5 nights and it was fantastic, it is a private villa that is close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the owner Kath & Wayan were helpful with anything required including sending back a forgotten piece of clothing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a lovely villa that is close to everything, there is no need for a taxi as you can walk to all the key parts of town. Lastly breakfast is great - icing on the cake.

“Awesome!” Villa Manis is so beautiful! Very close to centre 15min walk yet quiet location. The villa design incl interior is awesome, Mary Lee has definetly a good taste and talent, with attenion to details - everything you need are there and she made herself available to queries, so no need to worry about anything. “Beautiful villa, can't fault our stay!” A group of 6 of us, 3 couples, stayed at Villa 888 1 for 10 nights earlier this month. A friend recommended this Villa as she knows the owner, Janmaree. We are so lucky to have had this recommendation as our stay was heavenly. Two guests arrived earlier than expected and had a slight issue with check-in, as I think there was a little confusion and they weren't expecting the group till later in the evening, but when the 2nd half of our party arrived, we all settled in beautifully, straight into the magnificent pool, Bintang in hand! Wayan and Wayan were fabulous, tending to our every need, and providing local information and excellent servicing of the villa. The villa is a short walk from eat street in Bali, so we had access to everything we needed, but the villa is set back off the main street so it is quiet and peaceful most of the time. There are some constructions going on next door which made it difficult to have a sleep in if one wanted to. I would recommend checking when booking as to whether or not the construction is still taking place before committing to the booking if you're the type that likes to laze around in bed and snooze the day away. All in all, a great holiday, can't wait to go back, and would recommend Villa 888 and Janmaree and her team to anyone who wants a wonderful Bali getaway.

“Happy Bali Vacation@ A.W.E.S.O.M.E Villa =)” We booked this villa from the owner, Antonius just days before our trip after seeing the good reviews and beautiful pictures. His response to our emails was prompt & helpful. I will say a personal touch as it was more like booking from a family friend. If you are concerned that the pictures were be different from the actual look of the villa. There is really nothing to worry, as the place was well-equipped & pretty. It was a 5D4N stay for my family with airport pickup. The driver for our airport pickup even came an hour b4 our flight landed! The villa was located in Seminyak whereby there are really lots of great food within short distance like Naughty Nuri, Kuteda, Potatohead, Sea Circus, The Bistrot, Rumours (Taxi Fare: SGD$2-3) & a supermarket right outside the main road of our villa . We even managed to get some great souvenirs from there. Most important is our favourite SPA BALI for massage needs is just less than $2(cab fare) away too! Getting a taxi is not difficult as well if you do not have a hired driver as you can find a lot right outside the main road. My family indeed enjoyed our 1st villa experience. It was also the 1st time that we experienced the service whereby we were given a local mobile for us so that it is much more convenient & having 2 butlers to help us with the daily cleaning and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. They even buy fruits, cut them and do juices for us as part of their service. They also speak fluent English so language wasn't a problem. During our stay, we hired a driver to bring us around as we felt that it will be much more convenient & the price was reasonable but he got lost when he tried to locate our villa on the 1st day. Antonius was very helpful to him, giving him the directions to the villa when he called him for help as he could not get us on our local mobile. He even gave one of the butler a call to check on us to see if our hired driver found us. Indeed, an extra mile service. Thank You, Antonius!! If my friends will to come Bali, I will definitely recommend them Villa Agni as we really enjoyed our stay. Great Service with a personal touch! =) Actually, I was already sharing with them how great the place is on my first day & recommending them!! hahaa... =)

“A Bali Beauty” Arriving in Bali after a long flight, it was wonderful to be greeted by our driver at the airport, and transported to our Villa. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the our spacious Balinese home away from home. All mod cons, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for added comfort at night. The pool was a bonus, we swam any time of the day or night. The bifold doors were a great to close off the pool as we had young children with us. The villa was serviced daily, it was a real holiday for everyone. There was a water cooler with ice cold water on tap at all times and a kitchen with everything you need for holidays...but why would you cook every day when you are so close to restaurants and shops. There is a laundry virtually across the road..had all our washing and ironing done ready to come home. Lancer and his friendly staff were available to help with anything we wanted. Whether it was a fully cooked breakfast, dinner organised at the Villa or sightseeing to be arranged, he was our man. We had a security guard on duty 24/7 who welcomed us home each day.... We are so glad we chose this property to stay at.

“Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. And the end, thank your stuff for bringing every day fresh flower for my wife :-) Thanks a lot for the great stay. David from Switzerland.

“Excellent villa with excellent service” We really enjoyed our stay in Gaya Villa. Besides the fact that it si a charming place, with large bedrooms and a very much enjoyable pool, Marco and the staff members really cared about our well-being and were available all the time to make our stay even more pleasant. “A Wonderful Week In Bali” We had two families take over Villa Jumah for 7 days during Chinese New Year. We had a wonderful time and were so pleased (after a bad air B&B; experience in Hong Kong) that everything at Villa Jumah was as advertised/promised. The transportation was ready for our arrival with 2 vans to whisk us through Saturday evening traffic during a rain storm to the villa where we were met by one of our primary butlers (Agus) who toured the villa for us so we could make some decisions on who would be sleeping where. They had also ordered in dinner for us as requested so we could get our kids to bed as soon as possible (since we arrived at the villa after 8p). There was space enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 11). 2 very large bedrooms, 1 average sized bedroom and 1 small bedroom. The rooms were all as shown in the pictures. Well decorated with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The small bedroom at the bottom of the stairs off of the living area was a little musty - not unheard of in the tropics, but none of the other rooms had this issue. I think it needed a good airing out and maybe a little time with a dehumidifier to address the smell, but it wasn't overpowering and wasn't a significant issue. The grounds and layout of the villa allowed for plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have their own places to read, soak up the sun and 9 people never felt on top of each other. By far the jewel of the villa was the staff. Attentive, polite, helpful - Simply amazing. They helped call in massages and pedicures, helped make dinner reservations, ordered in food, and did it all with smiles on their faces and cheer in their voices. We opted for the extravagant suckling pig dinner one evening when we had friends over and they did an outstanding job with the food and the decorations. Probably most importantly, as a bug we brought with us from Taiwan went through the group they took such good care of us. Highly recommend!

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Awesome place - I want to go back!” I spent 10 days at Villa Bukit and I was sad to say goodbye. I had such a brilliant time there. From absolute luxury accommodation with views of the ocean and volcano, one quickly forgets city life while drinking a cold one and watching the sunset with your mates. The staff were so helpful and even arranged for us to attend a holy ceremony in town. With our scooters on hand each morning we set off to find the best breaks and I found this island was really chilled out and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa.
