“Awesome!” Villa Manis is so beautiful! Very close to centre 15min walk yet quiet location. The villa design incl interior is awesome, Mary Lee has definetly a good taste and talent, with attenion to details - everything you need are there and she made herself available to queries, so no need to worry about anything. Surely I'd like to return back whenever visiting Ubud.

“The perfect stay” We joined family friends for a week at Bann Kata Keeree and could not have been more happy with our stay. The house is set up perfectly for families and the staff is truly exceptional. We have leased many villas in many places over the past several years and have never found a better location and set-up. We look forward to our next visit.

“Extreme luxury with sparkling pool and tranquil golf course view” When we arrived at the property we were blown away by the "wow" factor. The house is a huge, gracious mansion with quality fixtures and furniture. The house was immaculately clean and the large swimming pool overlooking the golf course was sparkling clean. The description of the property on the web site, while impressive, was not as impressive as the property itself. The cleaning staff were very efficient and we were pleasantly surprised to find any dirty washing left on the floor was whisked away, washed and ironed and returned for a very modest fee. Great value. While this property is a little way out of Hua Hin city, the peace and tranquility and the outlook over Palm Hills Golf Course more than compensated for the 10 minute journey into town. Our group was 6 male golfers between 50-60 years of age with our own bus and driver (who was accommodated in the staff quarters). We each had our own bedroom and ensuite. Highly recommended for golf groups like ours. Even better value for couples as the property could accommodate 6 couples comfortably. Overall I would rate this property 5 star and highly recommend it.

“Totally relaxed holiday , with everything we needed.” My wife and I had a most relaxing holiday while staying at the villa. the accommodation suited us and the beds in particular were wonderful after flying there tired, and needing a long sleep. The staff were helpful, friendly, and the food delicious. Waking up to the sounds of the waves, and seeing the local villagers going about their day was a pleasure. When we wanted to, we were driven to most places by Dewa, always ready to help. The location is close to places we often frequent when visiting bali which suited us more. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Our son will be staying there soon, we told him about the good surfing waves outside the villa. Wonderful break, thanks to all, see you next year.

“Great Experience!” Great experience, place and staff! Would definatley stay again. The room was clean and grounds were beautiful. We rented a scooter to get into town, which was a few minutes away. Nice and quiet and felt very safe! Staff were very helpful and were always available to help us if needed.

“A relaxing authentic Balinese experience” Sumara House is an absolutely delightful authentic villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. If you like space and privacy this villa is ideal. It is also very conveniently located within close proximity to restaurants, spas and galleries and the staff are fantastic. Central Ubud is either a 20 minute walk or a $5.00 taxi ride.

“Absolutely wonderful!” The Harmony Villas are really top rate. All of the services provided were excellent. All of the staff was attentive without being over bearing. Breakfast was cooked each morning in the villa; cars were arranged for transport to town whenever we wanted. Harmony Villa is located about 5 minutes away from all of the action in Ubud. The location was peaceful and quiet, but excitement was right around the corner if that's what you wanted. The views of the rice fields were hypnotic. The infinity pool was refreshing. Loved everything and cannot wait to return!

“A conseiller tres fortement” Hotel incroyable... Que de bonnes surprises et notre coeur est partage entre la douceur des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel. La grande piscine surplombe une belles vallee verte. La suite est superbe ainsi que la vue qu elle offre. Resto tres bon... Les services sont remaquables... Ils ont recupere nos bagages perdus a l aeroport, ils nous ont laisse les aider en cuisine pour apprendre la cuisine locale, nous avons prefere les adresses proposees par l hotel plutot que par nos guides, velos a disposition pour sortir de l hotel et visiter les environs et les locaux toujours souriants... Du coup on a prolonge d une nuit notre sejour... Le leger point negatif, un peu loin de Ubud, par contre navette a disposition a volonte. Un grand merci au personnel toujours presents et qui nous ont soigne comme des rois. A tres bientot dans se petit bout de paradis...

“Fantastic place to stay and unwind”” Fantastic place to stay and unwind" Reviewed October 18, 2013 new Have recently had a 9 day stay with my wife at the Bonsai villas and what a great experience it was, the staff treated us with respect and were very helpful nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Tucked away from the busy main road the Villas was very quite, one would say that the bonsai was very romantic. The rooms were cleaned daily as were the ever changing towel designs the pool was always clean I will return to the Bonsai in the near future. ““Absolutely loved it - book, you will not be disappointed”” An absolute delightful stay in a wonderful villa The villa surpassed expectations -ie website in honesty does not do it justice We only had 6 nights which was not long enough, but had a brilliant stay Weather was roasting hot with sunny skies.We spent most days at the villa/complex, only venturing out one day to visit an elephant village We had planned to take train down to Hua Hin from Bangkok and had arranged Willie (taxi driver / tour operator as recommended by Martin/John) to pick us up at Hua Hin station. We went to Bangkok station the night before we were due to leave to purchase tickets,and unfortunately all trains were fully booked. We were in a bit of a panic, and sent John/Martin an email and they were able to arrange at last minute for a pick up from hotel in Bangkok straight to villa - excellant service much appreciated It was absolutely blissful to relax in such a wonderful villa - pool was excellent and was in the sun pretty much from sun rise - sun set, and despite the temperature hitting ~ 100 most days was still cool and refreshing. From the moment villa was booked , the information / assistance provided by John/Martin was 1st class, and stepping in at last minute to organise transport from Bangkok was appreciated. They also provide a mobile phone, which you can phone them should any problems arise (fortunately we had none) Guide Willie has a great knowledge of local area - he was very good with my kids, and on trip to elephant safari, he took my kids on the elephant trek and they were smitten with him. We have stayed in some superb hotels in Thailand over years (the standard of hotel we could not afford in europe), and also stayed in orlando villas on numerous occasions. This villa was the best of the lot.I would not know come to Thailand for a 2 week vacation with my kids and not book a villa after this experience I would thoroughly recommend this villa, and indeed the Hua Hin area for a holiday
